  1. Didn't have time to go through it but good work with the maths, also dont forget the initial cat2 hits has a minimum dmg aswell according to frame data. That, and during AB2 Tao doesn't gain any meter, so it in reality it's actually costing more than 50% heat.
  2. There's already videos of it. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm11334077 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm11334288 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm11352915
  3. I'm having trouble getting a decent amount of taunt loops after a 5B > 6A > j2D~B. Are we supposed to using a neutral jump after 6A or a forward jump?
  4. I find that using " 2d~9, jd~a, j9d~9, j9d~9, cat2" is a much more reliable way to combo You need a minor delay before j9D~6 so that tao drops below opponent a tiny bit for it to connect I'd probably leave out 5c, more often than not, it'd push opponent too far for the 3rd hit of 3C to connect Yes, buffer it just before tao lands and raises her arm, you should have enough time to charge C as well to time it as their body is about to hit the ground, that way your vertical loop will be easier to land and less likely top drop the cat2 ender
  5. Another thing to mention is the j4D~B cancel. The notes in the frame data suggests it eliminates the first 2 tiers of recovery variation... to quote: "canceling j.4D with B with different timing will change the cancel's recovery period: (Timing, Recovery) (until 22F after landing, 21F), (23-29F after landing, 20F), (30F after landing, 9F)" So from mid range where you cannot guarantee sufficient distance to use 5D~B, it's almost always better to use j4D~B (as long as you're out of opponents reach since this method will require longer startup). Also, I think the frame advantage should be -3 for j4D~B (worst case) since 18 -21 = -3 rather than the -4 that the frame data page suggests.
  6. Read 2 posts above, as Mystic suggests, its likely a typo and should be 19 frames instead, since it's decrementing by 1F at a time.
  7. "canceling 5D with B with different timing will change the cancel's recovery period: (Timing, Recovery) (1-21F, 23F), (22-26F, 22F), (27-28F, 21F), (29F, 20F), (30F, 9F)" Sounds like -5 is the worse case scenario as well. 5D is a lvl4 attack with 18 frame blockstun. So the further away Tao is when using 5D, the recovery time is faster if it's B-canceled on block.
