Not entirely, there are some matches you have to lose in order to get an ending but no new routes would open. Though for some characters new story routes would open upon completion of their story's true end.

yeah sorry I ignored you ,but after seeing the demo it irked me not to comment ^^; Your current work looked too choppy, and I'm expecting your planning to improve that the more you work on it. also the HD rendition of the BB sprites doesn't look promising, so you still got a long way. not being mean or anything just a general input to what I see, and as always practice makes perfect, or close to it >.>
