Well actually I greatly prefer 5D to stop Tager's blockstring stuff cause it works everywhere 6D works but you get better combos off of it and if you Yomi his 360 you can just C teleport to safety which doesnt work with 6D iirc 2D doesnt work anywhere unless he does something really slow like 6D/6C and actually dont worry about your average every day Tager 360ing your 6D. Only the pros do that. 5A even interrupts it though so =|

This. I'd guess for all practical purposes you'd want to do it on wakeup so this would be the easiest way to go. Just wait till he gets off the ground before pressing D of course.

uh, you know one of the reasons why people had sex with Jin in CT was because the game was new and a lot of people were drawn to the "main characters" (jin/ragna) and because they were easy to use stuck with them. It'll probably be similar in the next game except the character that people will see as "easy to use", will be whoever they used in CT cause they have experience. tl;dr i bet 80% of people wont even change mains because they already know how to use their main except rachel lol rachel

finally incorporating 5C into my game (5A 5C is working wonders against neutral techs after daifunka!) now I just gotta work on those dash combos (must... unlearn.... 6D bnb....) anyway point of this post I came up with this random tech trap off of 5C cause I never hit confirm it that works AMAZINGLY. seriously I tried it 6-7 times against good players tonight and the only time it didnt work I threw a c nail on accident but they teched the right way 5C 2C 623B 5A 5B j.A (forward tech) dj.623C a big contributing factor is probably that they are in the corner everytime I end up pulling off a 5C but man EVERYONE forward teched and fell for this trap. weird

Against Nu if you burst and don't hit her ESPECIALLY if you are in the air its generally a good idea to buffer daifunka because if you get hit you get hit but if you don't they were probably trying to hit you with a D sword in which case daifunka will hit (as you see i got it both times i bursted cause hes an unlucky bastard XD) The other one was because I had rapid and I was desperate. That one worked as well interestingly. Yeah, Isu doesn't use Carl on me anymore either. Maybe he felt guilty i dunno

nope works anywhere if they jump towards you or airdash with a delayed aerial. if they do an aerial before jumping or airdashing you'll get hit. good for yomi i've had a lot of luck with it so far. don't overuse it, it is a beautiful gimmick when surprising =]

I recall someone saying you can combo daifunka after the 9623B in the old BNB so i assume you could combo daifunka off of non CH 623B now. edit: damn noel has a 4.2K meterless which is comparable to a 5K in CT. didnt take R-1 long to figure out where noels damage went:gonk:
