Okay, Ken is one of your favorite characters in SF. The question to ask here when you think Ken in MvC3 though is: "What can he do that other people can't?" Huh. Honestly, I was never involved with a competitive scene in SC in the history of ever, so I didn't know that about CFs.

I know in SC4 you could have a lesbo 2-way using someone's Critical Finish on a girl. Forgot who had that CF, but my bro's friends were all over that in a hot second. Hopefully they made CFs more practical or did away with them altogether. Never liked them, specially since you had to empty their Soul Gauge to execute them, and it was never worth it, because who the hell is going to block for 30 secs and not do a thing about it.

I know my bro would be hype for a new Soul Calibur, but I stopped caring about the series since SC4. All I know is, Kilik and/or Taki better be good. They made the series for me, especially in their SC2 appearances.

You know that you can mod your stick with more than just buttons, right? I don't know the exact process, but I know this much, you can probably get a Madcatz SE (lol good luck working with duds that you're just going to swap out in a few weeks/months), tear out the stock art and replace it with artwork of your choice. Although, if I were you, I wouldn't miss out on a deal like that. BB TE sticks normally cost $200 most days, from what I hear.

Personal preference. You should just get used to using one or both of the controls. If you have problems with dashing with the analog, let the stick go back to neutral in-between dash inputs. (656 is how it should look with numpad notation) And I doubt there's a difference between wired and wireless 360 controllers, so.

Sorry to be rude, but I don't see how you can possibly have trouble with Ragna's easiest combo ever. Do it faster and you won't have a problem.

I don't know much of this matchup, as I'm unable to play the game right now, but... Using 6C to beat her 3C out, or any move in general, is never a good idea. And from what it looks like, no self-respecting Makoto is ever going to do 3C for any reason when her 2B does the job way better. You have a DP for that, don't you? I hear Makoto's blockstrings are shitty (ie: full of holes), so that might help. Everything should go into a BE BnB, no questions asked. Isn't her projectile just a gimmicky way to get in? It's certainly not going to be a real threat in any case. In what situation is getting a CH on the GH followup practical? Assuming you're serious about that, GH's followup is a bit too slow to CH anything, and I believe someone would've been blocking anyway when they saw GH in the first place. Maybe because they have a DP and the parry loop makes actual parrying obsolete, I guess.

Knockdown the opponent in the combo with either 3C or 2D, then make sure you're close enough after the 5D for the 22C to hit. Make absolutely sure that knocked the opponent down before you went for 5D>22C. If you didn't, go ahead and do DID. Otherwise, there's no excuse for missing out on an opportunity for oki/mixup.

6C could be punishable if done at point-blank to close range (just barely touching Haku's foot). There's almost no reason to want to use 6C without some good distance between you and the opponent.

Just delay the 214D. Try waiting until they start to descend into the air, then hit it. I think you can just leave out the 214D for little consequence in your combos, though...

So I just beat the True Ending, and I get rewarded with an epic mindfuck. I'm still trying to piece together what just happened with Saya and all... Right now, I want to know this: How the hell could Saya possibly be the Imperator? Was that the whole reason Terumi kidnapped her, so he could make her the Imperator and all? ...Actually, now I think of it, how do you become the Imperator to begin with? Saya seems to be the only Imperator in the NOL's history, so something was up. And Saya gave Jin the Yukianesa...now what confuses me is, Jin hated Saya to begin with, and then Jin went along with Terumi after he chopped off Ragna's arm. I guess what I'm trying to say here is, I thought Terumi gave Jin the Yukianesa, so why would Saya have the Yukianesa to begin with, or that Jin would accept anything from Saya, knowing how much he apparently hates her?

Yep, I tested it myself after Aeon confirmed that 5C>3C works and the damage is correct, just have to hit with 214A high enough according to him. It's surprisingly easy to connect a 214A after j.C, if that's what you're asking. The only thing you have to worry about is hitting the j.C after j.2A, and even then, it's a matter of timing.
