Mori needs to stop overnerfing Tager, stop catering to particular characters, and give us characters that actually add hype. I am sorry but Celica is not going to add hype to this game for long and neither is Lambda because she is NOT a new character. Just because you tweak her doesn't make her Nu (pun but who cares). Give us Jubei or at least someone new we haven't seen before. If they decide to do that and many other things it will produce extended hype that will carry over. Face the facts Mori.....Murakumo's are overdone and Dolls are overdone. They are not hype and they are not cool if they lack unique gameplay and styles. Murakumos are basically run away zoners and the dolls are lockdown pressure based.

Just because you can sledge does not mean you are safe. Remember the matchup.

All I can do is cry when Lambda and Nu come back with their new moves. Tager will most likely be obselete completely unless we can contend with what they have. That is meant mostly for Nu because Lambda's new move can be sledged since its a sword. I can see now it will be a bait once Lambchops gets 50 metter to rc and punish sledge for free.

After seeing what Nu and Lambda can do.....Tager (unless given REALLY good stuff...which never happens) is gonna be done for.

At this point, there is no excuse for quite a number of his lacks. And fixing his FC j2C and nerfing the damage is not a fair trade for something that shoud have already been there. Tager is no longer worth the struggle anymore and that is a fact. This neutered version of Tager is not at all fun to play. The struggle was commendable at one point but now.....its just silly. Mori should take his personal vendetta against grapplers somewhere else.

Also I have noticed that 2D rc 6C no longer works. I am guessig that 2D also saw a level decrease of some kind. I need to retest but it surely seems like it.

Try to connect 5B or 2B....if close enough they should link easy.

And Spark bolt has what...13 frames of startup. Were you close or far away?

So in other words, 5A is no longer to be feared. You think people will still burst 5A still?

I like how the videos of 1.1 Tager show him winning. He won against a Mu of all characters. I think they are seriously +playing fradulent on purpose to make our nerfed character seem good. They always do this. Make him seem good for the first few weeks then a month later Tager goes to trash tier again. We are not fooed Mori.

Some notations are missing in the Igaruku combo collection for the higher damage combos

Over half the cast is a bad matchup for Tager. Amane, Azrael, Carl, Hakumen, Hazama, Kokonoe, Litchi, Rachel, Relius, Taokaka, Valk, V-13, Mu, and Iron Tager lol.

He will definitely be mostly in his own tier again in terms of this game if what we are hearing is true. I'm not posting again until some confirmations are made because this is highly disappointing

I don't know about you guys but this is all stupid to me. 5A getting nerfed will destroy ALOT of hope we once had. It will surely affect our gameplay much more than many are thinking.

Honestly I have been wondering the same thing. Alot of Tagers post mostly in the Azrael thread now....or so I have seen. We need to compile one seriously

All I can say is block....block....block when under pressure. If you survive her wind then she has no more mixup to use on you. Bait out her counter assault if possible and get her magnetized asap. She is very vunerable to magnetism so get it applied asap. Destroy George asap but not if you see her with plenty of wind because she most likely is baiting your attack of George. Do not waste spark on George for obvious reasons.

But even with buster combos it does not warrant that major nerf to our main easy damage normal. That is a retard trade by all means. I am sure now that faster 3C is signifying buster combos are back. That change to 3C and the nerf to gadget heat gain is a pretty much tell all. Now the question is this....if we assume buster combos are back ......will they opponent be able to burst the 3C before gadget comes out to avoid mag? What will the heat gain be combined with gadget's heat nerf? How much will this affect Tager overall? and lastly....what other secret nerfs did Mori put in there?????

So 5a/2a got nerfed combo wise. This is a terrible change because our quick combos get nerfed considerably and our gf whiff combos that include 5a will mostly be gone. 3C having faster is okay but not even close to being important because he didn't say the disadvantage on block changed so I am sure all -6 of it is still there. 2D change is a good change and it is important because it changes those certain situation with those runaway characters such Mu and Nu. Jump 2C is a change that should have been in place but its awesome. Gadget finger nerf sucks. I am going to miss that meter gain. Edit: Come to think of it.....where is our important buffs like something to deal with Tao and Valk????

Ok gentlemen I heat that there is a patch on the way in May possibly. This is most likely because of Kokonoe and some other characters but.....this is a very scary time for us. I am already wondering what Tager is going to lose. I get the feeling that they are gonna secret nerf him again the way they always do. What do you guys think??

I know that is may sound outlandish but....I believe the next game Azrael is gonna break out of prison again or at least I believe Kokonoe is going to use him. I think that is Ragna turns into the Black beast again or gets close to it then Azrael may be one of the only few if not the only one capable of withstanding it power. I mean think about it for a bit. He wants a challenge and he never truly uses his power to its full extent so what better way than to use him in this way. Sad fact is they may kill him off by Izanami though if the above mentioned were to happen.
