I too am surprised that these things are not known. I thought everyone knew about these things. I still remember when this and everything regarding GF and double GF was talked about.

Yes 5B > 6A works otg. I have seen it a lot and I noticed it early on. As said above, the only reason you would 5B>6A is so you can 236A >3C>whiff AC stuff if you are midscreen and they are mag'd. It works late in combos as well but that depends on the starter due to certain moves increasing the "combo time".

Don't we get picked on by most of the cast because of our bad mobility? I understand what you are saying but why can't we have at least one setup guaranteed for once?

I honestly think it needs invul frames. It is already wonky enough as it is and to top it off.....It is a big risk if you guess wrong. Hopefully that will change in the console release.

If we activate OD during a combo and our opponent has a burst....can they burst the combo when OD ends in the middle of a combo?

Yeah out of those 3 the only combo that truly makes me excited is the middle one because we now have a 3k non-magnetized combo that comes from a common starter.

Well said Tofu!!! Respect +10! I am not sure where he will place but given our options...it won't matter what tiers say because with Tager now you won't lose because of Tager. You will lose because of the player. Now that is plain and simple for the most part. That may change later but right now that is what I see.

You sir are right up my alley. I experimented with rc combos involving insta-elbow. Given our new abilities and combo rate we will be breaking 5k to 6k. If I can break a little past 4.7k in EX with rc combos using this then I am sure 6k might be feasible.

If we are be to get a jump in attack off of FC 6C then....lol my weird combo that I made up a long long time ago will work. Which means the part of it where I had to rc now means....hmmm wow!! Yeah this version of Tager has the most options and the most everything at this point. This definitely ensures that outside of Tager vs Tager matchups.....no 2 Tagers will ever play alike. They actually gave us versatility to diversify our means of play. Hope they don't give us a mysterious shaft like before. Please no secret last minute console update Arcsys!!!

Just saw a recent vid posted by Jourdal that shows it works on Amane. Thing is the Tager did it legitimately and actually finished a full combo with it midscreen that led to a little over 4k. Now I am waiting to see if it works on Carl...then its all over because this means our combos got cooler and it creates more gimmicks and traps. This may very well be the best version of him yet. Though our reversals suck and our AA game is trash still....we definitely have a true means of dealing with the silliness. Now I gotta wait to see what happens against Rachels.

Yeah I agree. He plays almost exactly the same as I USED to before I stopped playing and became just another bad habit Tager. T_T Now I can't even block a simple mixup anymore.

If it does work on the others we will most likely have to use 5A instead of 5B. Also does 5B combo in 6A otg outside of fatal??

I don't he has a bigger hit box on either. With 5b azrael was doing a move that extends his hurt box so yeah he got hit by the foot. Now if this were say Jin or litchi then I'd be like whoa...it hit that far. In case I ammistaken though.....that does sound exciting.

Dat Valk match! Looks like SB being air unblockable needs to happen. Tired of one hit or combo runaway Valks that we can't do anything about. That part of this game just makes it look so stupid. This is a whole new game and Arcsys somehow still screwed it up. Starting to seem like just another revision. Sorry just kinda angry.

I understand sacrifice for oki but at the same time I have to believe that there are optimal combos that lead to that same oki setup without the decrease of damage.

If it had SA then people would instantly cry about it and then we would get unnecessary attention to all our moves which would result in more nerfage. So yeah I am fine with it being how it is.

The fact that he is not hitting hardly any optimal combos is the problem. If more damage was found it then those that can go ham on him will be less of a threat because we would be able to shift the moment ith good damage instead of j.AAAAA in 2k or less
