Ehh.. IAD j.B is good. 6D is good, you can usually time a safe jump in with that.
If they're running from you, have them run into the corner. Try and use nirvana 8D, volante, 623D to make sure they can't get over you to the other side. IAD airthrow is good also, if you think you can predict they're jump outs.
Usually something like 6D > IAD j.B > 2A > 5A > 5B > 2B > 6B > 6D > vivace A will get you a sandwich set up.
(Make sure to move/keep nirvana in range to be able to 6D during your A vivace during italicized part.)
Or maybe whatever 6D> j.B/j.C > 5A/2A/5B > IAD j.2C allecan > 5B > 2B > 5C will be good for you to learn. A lot of people still don't block that cross up.
In this one, everything in italics would probably be blocked, but j.2C Allecan will be the starter for sandwich, since 2A/5A/5B are all jump cancellable on block, which lets you cross up.
Those two are very basic, so try and get those, and you'll learn what works/doesn't work, and be able to throw your own style into it over time.
