Yeah, I say 2C since 6A got hit so hard by the nerf stick (Well, changed is more correct). Things like 6C as an anti air, there's never a moment you could do that on reaction unless they are approaching very stupidly :d Offline, you can counter the cross up on reaction. If they don't throw an attack you can grab them as they land. IBs started working for me when I started playing offline.. there's just no other way. You can't do it right online.
