He was decent to be sure, but he relied alot on just being weird. That stuff only works until people adapt. Carls cross-up sucks to block. I play alot with Kyle and I eat it constantly. It gets worse when they start faking it... I really need more practice in that matchup with Mu. Alot of my weaknesses with the character come from lack of matchup experience.
