  1. Huh, looks like there's more I can do than I thought... Tectal always uses it to great effectiveness against me. Even if I'm on the ground it can hit me and do huge damage. It also hits behind her, so my j.B crossups just get bodied. It also clashes with Hotaru. Basically, 2C ~> all of my rage.

  4. GGs to Nemesis, and swd for the match or two we played, and the Tsubaki guy whose name I forget that I didn't get to actually play a match against. Maybe next time.
  5. What strings do you use? Don't just blindly hit buttons. Be aware of what you're doing. So tell me what strings you normally use. You could try watching some match videos too and see what people do and take those ideas.
  6. Pretty much anything, because almost everything he does has gaps in it. You can also turn a move into a frame trap by canceling into a special usually, or delaying the next move. Generally stuff like 2A > 2B or 2B > 2A will work, or 6A > 2B. The key is to have things that won't leave you vulnerable afterwards. For instance, all your As and Bs are pretty safe, so you can do that without worrying about getting punished. All of your C moves can be canceled into a special to cover your back too, except 3C. (And with C moves you leave yourself wide open if you don't cancel into another move.)
  7. Literally no recovery? Huh, that's interesting. I've actually been using 6D and 5D on other people's wakeup sometimes to catch things like ID. That could actually be better for this.

  11. That magnetism is going to mess up my combos for a long time before I get used to it. The followup was way faster than I expected too. The question is which gatlings you can do it against. For instance, Ragna does 5B > 5C, you counter the 5B. Would you be able to Enma in time or will 5C hit you.
  12. The range is the bigger nerf. I've seen it affect the Tager matchup. I wonder if that means someone can RC and block after activating your counter, like people always try to do reflexively sometimes.
  13. Yeah I'll be relying on the Enma followup now probably. As for the star gain, you're saying if we counter through Nu's sword super we'd get like 3 stars?
  14. How can you land the counter successfully if it didn't hit the opponent.
  15. My brother was playing a Jin the other day on my account using Tager, and the guy quit out right before the 720 would have ended the match. It's hilarious how many more ragequits you get with Tager. I don't think I've had a real ragequit since CT but it was my brother's first netplay match in like a year and he got one.

  17. You are at disadvantage if they block your counter. AWWWW YISSSSS You're getting ahead of yourself with that whole "you Zanshin their move" thing though. Maybe if you can somehow start your 6D 30 frames early to catch their overhead, or they walk up to Hakumen point blank range.
