Damn. I need to test that out. I've never been Gadget Finger'd while trying to block before. Always caught me out of a jump.

You mean even if they try to block? If they just stand there and do nothing it's not really a problem. As in, literally doing nothing. Raw 22D, I know 2D would come out, I mean that you won't get Gadget Finger unless they are in a state where it is possible to get hit by Gadget Finger. So you don't need to worry about Gadget Finger coming out unless it will snag them. Only question is if 5D or 2D comes out instead when you are in the middle of the first Gadget Finger.

I think the second GF would only come out if they try to jump or backdash, etc. Otherwise I don't think anything would happen just like if you were just standing around and did 22D (no GF, just a D move). But I don't think it would give you a D move either if you did it during the first GF since it would be in the middle of Gadget Finger. Gotta try it and see. Basically, if they jump or backdash, they get Gadget Finger'd again, if they don't then 5A comes out. And you could just keep doing it forever if it works.

I wonder if something like 22D~5A would work as an option select on Gadget Finger mixup. Like, doing GF again to catch backdashes and jumpouts, but it won't work if they don't jump, right. So then the 5A would come out and hit them instead. That could be useful against Arakune and Lambda and such, since you have to deal with their backdashes.

I'm pretty sure that, just like there's jump startup, there's landing frames where you are helpless after you land, which is why Tager can 360 you.

Why would doing a different move negate landing recovery. All moves have recovery. i am confus Although I think if you are in the startup of a move, like Haku j.2C super close to the ground, you can avoid some recovery... or can you. Argh, maybe that's the same thing.

Well, you already have that with the Enma followup. If you want to go for big damage and they are close enough you can try, but you can get hit out of it. A cancel is when you cancel the recovery of a move into another move. In Kishuu > OD > stuff that isn't happening, so it's a link. A link is just when you can combo off the stun of a move with another move. For instance, 3C CH > 2B. As for putting stuff up for the matchup threads, we'll have a fresh start with CP. Although that means we will have to relearn a lot of stuff. Isuna means though that you could use j.D as a ghetto 6D replacement before, not so much with the height requirement. If we really want to nail that overhead we still have Yukikaze though.

It's more the fact that Mu recognizes Ragna as such, like it's an objective thing, same with Jin ("the endbringer") and Hakumen ("the world's choice") and Hazama ("black Susanooh"). Where is she even getting this information from. It's like once she becomes Mu she taps into some pool of knowledge or is fighting for some greater entity just like Jin and the Power of Order.

Mu also seems to act like she's doing everybody a favor by destroying him. Even though, she should be opposed to the Power of Order, right?
