Yeah, they can block it if they run up while you counter a projectile. Although there was some question about 5D, I remember, a while ago... not sure about what ever happened with that. But anyway.

Yeah Noel's 2D looks weird. Almost looks so high that I'll never have to worry about not blocking it or getting hit as a crossup again. Feels weird. That moves always been the bane of my existence since CT.

I never understood why people give up mid match. The match itself is going to last like only 30 seconds more anyway even if you fought til the bitter end.
