Time Killer takes a long time to charge and Azrael would never let him use it. His sword can't cut through anything.

You could try 2C or 5D as well, if she's going to use it that much.

Work on your hit confirming. You had that first round won like three times but never capitalized on your 5Cs or 2Bs. There was a 6C CH too. Throwing in a Gurren helps. There were a lot of times where she was running in on you from the ground or resetting pressure, and you could have 2B or 3C'd her. Instead you let her get in for free. Are Bullet's jumpins that good? You never tried to AA them. I also wouldn't recommend doing all those airdashes from full screen. They're extremely telegraphed and you didn't get much from them anyway. You should also be careful with all those 5Cs. It can give you juicy rewards, but you'll get killed if you're whiffing with it a lot.

You could combo it into 5C > enma for 4.5k.

Also the Imperator said that people created her, in story mode, when she was announcing to the world her resignation. She said she was giving her power to those that created Hades: Izanami. Is there anything we know about that?

Well, the real issue is that his non-OD damage is lower in CP, and especially CP2. Nobody should have a problem with him getting a ridiculous burst of damage in certain constrained situations, but that still leaves the other 99% of the matches. Still, you still have his normal tools and he looks like he's running with the pack tier wise, so it's manageable. Yes, although I've been using the new one plenty still. People don't seem to expect it as much anymore.

The die has been cast; this is the direction they've taken him since CP1. I've pretty much accepted it, and am just trying to fit my own style into it where I can. However, you are forgetting that he always had huge damage, even kill combos back in CT. They were just always incredibly unlikely with tight constraints, and needing like 10% life, full meter and OD seems pretty tight to me. The difference here is that his non-burst damage is low.
