It can be cancelled right at the startup while still giving I-No the jump option back, adding to I-No's already sick mixup game.
  7. I don't know if this has been mentioned, but I'm just looking at the latest Popeye Axl vs. Dizzy match, and at 0:34 Dizzy does what appears to be 2D cancelled into Ice Spike, without tension! I looked at the japanese GGXX wiki, and with my poor japanese skills was able to piece out that it has something to do with the jump cancel (the japanese called it "jump cancel cancel"). Apparently you can jump cancel the 2D and then cancel the jump into a special, Slayer BDC style. With 2D's shortened range, it won't be as good as #R, but it's definitely a nice improvement.

  10. Before, since 6H's hitstun isn't enough for 421S to combo. To me it looks like it just might work if done close enough and/or with dash momentum and if the 6P has enough untechable frames, like Sol's 6P has. According to the Slash frame data, 421S's impact is only 22 frames, which doesn't seem like that much of a stretch from the 18 frames of 6H. As I'm sure everyone already knows, 421S does hit surprisingly low (low enough to hit a standing Bridget, IIRC) when you're next to the opponent, and it just might hit wallbounce height, at least on some big characters.
  11. Since 6H combos, I wonder if 421S does too. Mixup into 6P into airspike would be kinda nice for damage potential.

  14. I think you have the blockstun amounts wrong. AFAIK, the blockstuns for normal ground blocking are: L1 = 8 frames L2 = 10 frames L3 = 12 frames L4 = 15 frames L5 = 17 frames If I remember correctly, the IB modifiers are 0, -2, -3, -4 and -4 for ground IB, while normal hitstun and ground FD are +2 frames (+3 for crouching normal hits). Below are listed the levels of Millia's moves as I remember them (there might be mistakes in there!): L1: 5P, 5K, 2P, 2K, j.P, j.K L2: j.214S/H, j.H L3: S©, S(f), 6P, 2S, j.S, j.D, 236S/H, 214P, 214S, 236236S, j.236P L4: 6K, 5D, 2H, 2D L5: 5H, 6H, 2141236H Without RC, Millia doesn't really have massive blockstun options. H disc hits, meaty late S disc hits and delayed pin hits can be used for similar effect though.
