  1. Well, from the videos i've seen, i'm 99% sure the recovery on 236a has been reduced in CS, so j.2c --> 236a might actually be safe. I'm not sure. Although you could always mind the neutral tech and delay the 236a so they are forced to block it. Might not be worth the risk though.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tr0w2MgUSNQ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RKUH3CJChgc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ougRM98_tMg Here are some Rachel matches I think are worth watching. I know her opponents suck real bad, but nevertheless I think it shows some pretty interesting things with her, especially frog setups and methods of sliding the frog under the opponent.
  3. if by 'okay', you mean "bottom tier that her only reasonable chance of winning is basically by time out", then i guess she's still "okay". although time will tell, as it seems that most players haven't got a hang of her changes yet, but I fear the number of players working on her will keep dwindling until basically nobody important plays her anymore...
  4. Yes, I wouldn't mind at all a very low damage output if Rachel had the ability to easily lock down and rush her opponents for a good high-low mixup game. As it stands now, it seems she has trouble getting in, then establishing a good mixup game, and when something -does- hit she can't output any damage at all. -edit- Oh, also she seems to have a hell lot of trouble keeping the opponent under pressure after said non-damaging combo is complete...
  5. Sure you can do stuff after 236a/b/c in the air, you just have to be high enough for the move to actually recover, which was quite a long time in CT, i'm not sure if it has improved in CS Although I do not think this combo would be possible, unless you already have poles setup on the ground beforehand (unless i'm missing something), and even then, the recovery on j.236a might be too long to activate air sword iris before the opponent recovers.
  6. I've seen this in one video, I can't remember which one. If I find it i'll post it here. But it was the classic corner combo with CDC 214A ender into tech-roll corner trap with 236A. The opponent fell into the trap, so he rolled and got hit by the 236A lobelia which gave time for the frog to trigger. He then waited for the frog to finish, and either did BBL straight away, or 6A into BBL(can't remember which). It did quite a fair amount of damage, but nowhere near the ridiculous 5000+ that it used to do in CT. edit: found it http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_O3jgBYQk3w#t=1m17s
  7. Here's the interesting Rachel matches from the 11/25 vamos vids http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jq91s9spPW0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12JAZi8VZ6Y pay no heed to the Rachel in white.
  8. There is no point in doing 6C after BBL in CT, much less in CS. The thing is, it is a much better option to simply let the opponent fall back to the floor while you resummon the pumpkin and the frog for a new round of mixup corner-pressure game than trying to add a bit more damage and giving them the opportunity to escape the corner via air-tech once you're done. Although i read that in CS, air-BBL startup was faster, so someone needs to confirm if it is possible in CS to use air-BBL after 6C j.C jc j.C, because that would make it interesting to use after a corner 6A 6C8D j.C jc j.C. It could possibly be a good punish against players trying to escape the corner via air-jumping.
