That's just the name of her overdrive セカンドインストール (literally "Second Install" from katakana), even though it would have been cool to get another gauge. Gauges and charges still don't carry over (I haven't seen a FG where they do). What I'm guessing is that the person playing Tsubaki activated Overdrive immediately in the second round to see how many charges they would get while their health was high for maybe a basis to how much charge you would get if your health was low. Loketests won't give too much exact information since they're all subject to change, and they can change drastically, before the final build. Mori has already said that after this one, they're going to hopefully be doing another soon after this one and adjusting the next build. So anything we learn from this loketest could be easily changed like it never happened at all. Loketests are more of a way to give a very basic idea of what they're going for for the next iteration.

Thought I'd ask even though BB isn't really thriving right now since I love I'm biased towards you guys but are there any videos (combo, matches, etc) from my old account that you guys want back up? Combo/tutorial vids are pretty easy to get back but the matches would be a bit harder. I don't mind though since I was planning on looking through what I had saved since I know I uploaded a few matches with Konan, Kuresu and Spinoza... Actually I think I mostly uploaded the ones with Spinoza lol. Kuresu (for the most part) should be fine since he was usually at Tachikawa and Jourdal got those.

If you're looking for matches they usually don't list who plays in the tags or title so it's really hit or miss with a little bit of luck but you'll find the most videos using the tag "P4U". But keep an eye out for 雪子 in the title since the uploader may be nice and mention her there. There is not much under Yukiko's own tag but just in case it has what you're looking for: 天城雪子（P4U）. As a note though, if you use this tag a majority of the P4U videos will not show up.

There's going to be another BB tournament like Blue Revolution coming up called Summit of Blazblue in Japan with a 1v1 format and a 3v3 format. Can't wait to see which Tsubakis make it in~
