Irrelevant to me. The game had the same rules as Smash Brothers which won, ST which came in 2nd, or Melty which got like, someones shoe. You can surely leave it out. Just because somethings new and shiny doesn't mean it should ignore the established rules. The donation drive was not in vain in the sense that it raised funds for a great cause. On the other hand the donation drive was a massive fucking failure in that it showed that you can completely bypass it by giving the EVO Staff money to get your game in. Having a huge side tournament is not the same your game on the main stage. The amount of attention that ST would have gotten on the main stage, the possibility of new players that could have picked it up, a way to show off their game to a larger audience- you can't even compare that to a side tournament. Sorry. If I were an ST player I would be livid right now. They played by the rules, and they didn't win. Injustice didn't win, NR threw money, magic extra main game! One of those efforts is community driven, the other is a company putting money out there to get more advertising for their new game. The game came out at an unfortunate time for EVO voting, not my problem to be honest. I'm not going to sugarcoat this. The reality of the situation is that the Evolution staff have shown that they are willing to discard their rules if you give them money. It's dishonest, and not very sportsman like.

First post how has the ending CG for Battle Fantasia (Arcade version, will check/confirm if there is anything new/cool in the 360 version sometime this week- I hope). I think the art in this game was really cool. Also to celebrate the release of Arcana Heart 3 LOVE MAX!!!!! (and because I can V:) here's the complete gallery dump from AH3. Now you may be thinking "But Tigre, we already have the Special CG from AH3!" That current rip is a lie. The Ending CGs from that are ripped from the arcade version. That rip is also missing the character and Arcana CG. I prefer that rip because the Ending CG doesn't have the weird sidebars, but hey why not. Time to find my next victim. I want those damn Guilty Gear images though. It hurts knowing they're right here but I can't decompress them V: <edit> It's probably worth throwing this out there. The BF images are NOT untouched. the images have a lot of dead space around them, so I did crop them. Just in case for some reason I overcropped.

Except it sets a precedent that if your game doesn't get in via donations like the other games, you can just buy your way in. Why bother donating if I know NetherRealms is just going to buy a spot? It goes against the very nature of fair sport that EVO claims to support, as far as I'm concerned. The quality of the game is irrelevant (and subjective). It's also not win-win for everyone- what about ST who came super close with donations? That community hauled ass to get in to EVO and fell short. How much money do we need to raise to get Fate Unlimited Code as a Main Stage game for EVO? Or hell lets make everyone suffer. Lets go with Phantom Breaker.

My statement still stands. All of these games native resolutions are the same before Love Max. There was no scaling between any releases.

Idk what you mean by that. The resolution of the characters has not changed either. Examus done a pretty good job of keeping it all uniform

AH3LM uses the same sprites as AH1. Heart still has the frames and data for her old 6b in AH3. It's never changed.

Well, as far as I know the native resolution for these games is 720p, so it would make sense that the base resolution for the in game CG would also be 720p.

I'm willing to bet that the music is coming with it. The only thing I do know is that those stages were NOT available at the Network Test. Well, if the buttons are $2.75 a pop (which they are for 30mm sanwas), and you replace all 8 buttons thats $22 plus $5 shipping give or take. That's over $20 to pay someone for 10 minutes worth of work. I need to get in on that lol

Who the fuck is charging $50 to replace a button? You literally squeeze two clips on the sides of the button and push it out lol
