I will tell you that the venue will be $5, and it will be $1 per game (we goin japan style, but double elim), games will be P4U and AH3 for now. That's sad to hear about Fight Night. I saw Brian at Winter Brawl, he didn't mention that FN was done I haven't been up there in over two years, school kicked in. GG is definitely fun, I can play a bit, I'm waiting for +R to actually go in on it, the Jam changes are really drastic. I also was getting ready for Winter Brawl so no time to actually learn GG more.

its to my understanding that they wait until a project has this sort of press or is close to completion because of two reasons a.)It costs money to pay the lawyers to write up the C&D, and b.)lets be honest, most of these fan projects never make it to completion, which means they don't have to actually spend the money to shut the project down- because the project will stop on its own most of the time.

Ah3 has the same netcode as BB (Arcsys handled the PS3 port), probably just bad connection.

Because while you and fans may understand that this is NOT an official MLP product, it's not immediately evident. The developers are effecting the way that people see the franchise with this project, and I'm sure that Hasbro has put quite a bit of time into developing that image. Your statement about doujins is also incredibly false. Many large companies monitor what doujin artists put out, and shut down content that they don't want super fast (Example: the sequel to Faithful Teipig or whatever, Nintendo shut down the artist incredibly fast)
