From what I saw in other BB games you can have a actual 0 bar show a 4 bar icon. You can still see this if you join a JP player room. Also you can check the connection by hitting box in the lobby, just do that before playing a match and save time.

Does the same 3 bar person lag in player? Have you tried the same 2 bar person in lobby. Our connection for example was the same in both.

There's no difference between playing someone in the arcade vs playing them in ranked/player. Stop playing shitty connections or having one.

Anyone that's not against playing bottom tier Kagura wants to do a FT10.

The Kagura mirror is loony as hell. But overall you need to confirm off your anti-air 5A's, air CH even goes into 6C. Needs a better block string than 2A stagger, and avoid using his thrust a lot to close in. It'll also help to not "look" your charging your flash kick, the option itself helps you on your wake up.
