Are there any BB gatherings in Memphis or yall just busy playing Tekken?

After taking a break from learning/relearning Lambda with playing around with Hakumen and Ragna, then going back to her, I feel much better about how she plays now. I improved on the following that I had trouble with: - 4 TK reps and more ways to start it instead of just grab near corner - garb>dash>6a/6b>5CxN combo - gravity combos - mind games with 236A>throw - mash 4B during blackstrings What I still suck at: - 2DD>TK>5DD (timing and position/height for this is so gay) - zoning at mid range (very risky when misssed cuz of recovery) - TK feint coming out as spike chaser but normal TK doesn't wtf I may have koto problems later on when ppl get good with her idk.

The problem with those combos is that I still have a hard time getting the timing of 5DD after 2148D. But when I do get the timing done, I will definately be doing those meterless 4k combos Despite 2C being nerf and slower, I somehow manage to get CH off of it randomly but I try not to use it too much in CS cuz in CT I spam the crap out of 2C CH lol.

So I just found out 2 of my favorite Nu RC combos can be be done with Lambda contrary to what I was told by Severin a couple of months ago 1. CH 2C>6C>2DD>j.2C>j.C>j.2C>214D>RC>5DD>6DD>2DD>j.DD> j.2DD>214D ~ 2500 dmg 2. CH 2C>6C>2DD>j.2C>214D>RC>dash>6C>6DD>2DD>j.DD> j.2DD>214D ~ 2800 dmg The 2nd one tends to have a more stricter timing and watch for the height as well. Even though these were 4500+ with Nu, I'm just glad its in CS. Lambda's new and improve version of these RC combos: 1. 236C>dash>5CxN>6C>2DD>j.2C>214D>RC>5DD>6DD>2DD>j.DD> j.2DD>214D ~ 4100 dmg 2. 236C>dash>5CxN>6C>2DD>j.2C>214D>RC>dash>6C>6DD>2DD>j.DD> j.2DD>214D ~ 4300 dmg There is possibly more dmg to come out of these combos since I'm not done playing around with them yet.

To be more precise, I don't mind female characters in fighting games too much. Its the way they are protrayed in the games by gamers that I don't like. Some players sometime don't main their female characters base on their designs(like clothes, personality) or how they play and just picked them because they are girls. I don't want to generalize, but some gamers I met or seen on forums are just pervy people and play only female characters for their sexyness or cuteness and not their unique designs. Also, I would prefer Nu to have normal pants and shirt if she was male.

Arcade, you sound just like dotSafety the other day when he was teaching this new Nu player on psn. The new player was pulsaring so much that dot told him not to lol.

Out of everyone, the only character designs I like were Nu and Hakumen. Nu reminded me of a mech version of DMC 3 Vergil and I really wished she was male cause I hate female characters in fighting games. As for Hakumen, between all the male characters, he's the only one that stand out to me in terms of design.

I don't think most players are actually doing 214D intentionally when they are so close to their opponents. I think the sticks just misread their TK/2147 inputs from time to time. Its very risky to do 214D so close most of the time considering how slow its start up is.

There's no way Nu players can be more depressed than Rachel players in CS. I'm probably the only person who's not depress since I don't care about zoning much, I just sandbag with cqc ABC Nu and some TK feints here and there. I am mad at the fact that Lambda doesn't have my favorite TK Cresent CH RC combo.

I'm mad now that burgundy color Lamda doesn't have blue swords, just ugly yellow ones

One thing that bothers me about Lambda is can she still do RC combos after an air combo ending in 214 D? I haven't seen it in any vids or in the list of changes iirc. Mainly I want to know if she can RC into 6C or 5D after the air 214 D combo not tk btw.

The new 236D and 236D C can instantly break 2(or more?) guard primers if it traps the other player and follow up by 2147 D, 214 D, or act pulsar C. In one of the new vids with the purple Lambda, he/she used Legacy Edge before 236 D then pulsar C for a guard break. Pretty useful for Lambda in CS imo.

Anyone know if Ribaia still gonna play Lambda? I really hope the burgundy color shoots blue swords too bad we still don't get a T-Elos and Kos-Mos colors
