With that said, I'm organizing a Team Hold Tournament AND TWO FREE* TEAM SHUFFLE TOURNAMENTS in Houston over that weekend and I would love to see Full Boost players there! * - If you have a Spectator's Badge! https://www.txshowdown.com/ https://www.facebook.com/TxShowdown When: May 8-9 Where: Houston, Texas. Sheraton Brookhollow 3000 N Loop W Freeway Houston TX 77092 Rules: Double Elimination Team Hold. 2 out 3 matches, 3 out of 5 matches for Grand Finals. Suit and burst lock on winning team. Map set to Side 7. DLC not guaranteed, but if mentioned at the time of registration will most likely be made available. Norn will be on all four consoles. Wired controllers/sticks only. Pot split 70-20-10. $35 for early registration as venue fee ($45 USD after March 1st) $15 USD venue fee (Spectator Badge) + $10 USD per team to register for FB team hold tournament. NOTE: Gundam is NOT on the tournament list, you will have to pay the Full Boost reg. fee at the door and a Spectator's Badge. Double Elimination Team Shuffle 1 Match Registered players pick two suits and will play one of them in the matches. Map set to Side 7. DLC not guaranteed, but if mentioned at time of registration will most likely be made available. Norn and ReGZ banned. Wired controllers/sticks only. allenpergallon Posted February 20, 2015 Posted February 20, 2015 It looks like my last day of finals may be May 6th, so I actually may be able to make it though I'm waiting for confirmation on one more class's final date (last day for finals is May 8th). Things are still in the air as May gets closer, but it's looking more hopeful now.

General announcement: Texas Showdown's early registration will end soon (tomorrow). Remember that EXVSFB isn't on the list and the reg fee of 10 USD (per team) needs to be paid for at the door! Altair, almecca, I sincerely hope that you guys can really make it. We've got four guys signed up already (myself included tho) so we'll at least have one game. Dallas guys have shown interest in coming for the game, so I have to follow up with them. Anyone have their contact information?

I talked to some of them about it, but it doesn't look good because of finals. Two of us will most likely be there, but we have one more interested if he can find a partner.

Chris Chou, one of TXS' administrators, has informed me that if you're in Texas Showdown ONLY for Gundam, you only have to pay 15 USD for venue fee. Your team will still have to pay a total of 10 USD to register. That said, if you are going to Texas Showdown, I will be contacting you shortly in order to confirm your attendance. If I'm not contacting you, I DON'T KNOW YOU ARE COMING AND YOU SHOULD TELL ME. --- But ZGMFTestament, I don't want to pay the additional ten dollars for team hold! Also, I don't have a partner! Ah, but I have you covered. I have all of us covered twice over! GOOD NEWS TWO. I will be hosting two FREE-ENTRY single-elimination 2v2 shuffle tournaments. One on Friday and one on Saturday. If you have a spectator's badge (which is 15 USD), then you can be in for the low, low price of NOTHING. I will have Master Grade/High Grade kits as prizes and other trinkets. I will devise rules and regulations very shortly, but I do need people to say they're signing up so if they are using DLC units I can buy them.
