alright, checking out of the hotel in a moment. we found some aviator sunglasses, a bluetooth speaker, a bottle opener, and a power strip.

i'm assuming teh speakers belong to the hotel and the rest is stuff people forgot. if any of hte other items belong to you, please let me know.

also, i think last night was a success, plenty of games and we had just about enough room for everthing+everyone (even if it was a little crowded). not everyone who said they'd show up did but I'd say we would have needed 2 suites if everyone showed up... something to think about for next time..

participants: around 40, but suite usually had around 30-35 people.

start time: 4pm due to traffic and room not being ready

end time: 5am

cost including tax: $385

warning: particiapnt is an estimate going by memory + the quick video i took.

sounds like it can pretty much pay for itself with a 10 dollar venue fee

The bottle opener is definitely mine because I brought it to open up the cider. Thanks for picking it up. Power strip might possibly be mine but I don't think it is.

That'd discourage people from coming and decrease numbers unless snacks/drinks were guaranteed. I brought in a ton of drinks and let people take them for free because it was hot as hell in there and I didn't know how else to pay shtkn back since he didn't accept my money.

Even if it was take all you want small snacks and drinks, 10 dollars per person would still act as a huge barrier especially with gas prices in California spiking due to a shortage in some materials required in the refining process for California-specific gasoline.

If this spike stays and Super Arcade doesn't happen, we'd need to figure some stuff out. Not sure if 40 will be a regular number either.

if you think $10 is too much, how about $5 with food/drink sold on site to supplement funds?

Think like a Costco run + pizza order then drinks from a cooler and pizza by the slice.
