Black borders on the sides and top/bottom of screen

Just bought BB chrono phantasma extend and I noticed huge thick borders at the sides and top/bottom of my screen and it's really annoying. How do I remove them? 

 

I remember being able to adjust the ui in guilty gear XRD. But I can't find this option for BB. 

 

Using a 47 inch full HD TV.

If you're playing from a ps4, then you'll have to change the ps4's resolution from 1080p to 720p. Go to the display settings of the ps4 system outside of the game.
