I also have GGPO now, so I can finally partake in this supposedly no-lag gameplay. Danny, ideally you would need only an unassembled Cthulhu kit ($25) and an Imp board ($9). However, according to Toodles' post on SRK, he has seemingly run out of kits and can only supply assembled boards (http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?t=162026). It's no big deal if they are assembled, but the fact that it's $20 extra for a job that takes only 15 or so minutes and contains parts which will preferably be taken off the PCB anyway would make me think twice about spending that kind of money. My next preferred reseller (http://www.modchipman.com/arcade-parts-boards-c-144_146.html) is seemingly out of stock, and lizardlick.com will make you wait until the next coming of Jesus (or the next SF) before they'll ship out your parts.

I also have GGPO now, so I can finally partake in this supposedly no-lag gameplay. Cool, now get on IRC. You can use mIRC (Majority of use) or you can use Mibbit and do it that way. The server is EFnet and the channel is #getamme . Myself, Bluenine, Kayin, Furok, and Bonj are normally on all the time. Nerdjosh comes on as well from time to time.

Apart from the people that Vyers mentioned, there's also Abstract (PO), and some others. Why don't you go to Paul Wall's tournament tomorrow? I'll be bringing GG, and there's a chance that we'll have a tournament. If not, then at least some casuals.

I'm down to host in Amherst, though maybe we could play in Springfield instead, as that might be more central, depending upon who will be interested. Also, which day(s) would be good for you folks? Please post up if you want to get some matches/practice in, or if you just want to learn the game. Even if you're new to the scene and aren't really familiar with the players over here! Unfortunately I won't be able to make that, as I have a gig in L.A. on that weekend, but...I wish I could check it out! Props to them for keeping it up with the GG.

Also i may be gone for a lil bit tomorrow night seeing my roommate is coming back from maine(his step father passed away last week) so I may have to bro out for a bit with my buddy. no homo.

We arn't limited to just those games but if people try them and we matchmake from there it makes it hell of a lot easier and hey.. people learn! I really enjoy VS and we have a lot of gg players here so I felt it'd be good for us all to play VS haha... though Marvel 1 anybody?? I'm down for a2, a3 or actually pretty much any game on ggpo if someone is interested.. but gaming night is tonight! I hope to see New Hampshire.. Bwiyon, and all you fools!!!
