OKay so im originally from the city which had alot of gg comp there but Ive recently moved to Binghamton and I cant find a single person who plays anything but smash up here. DOes anyone in Binghamton play gg?

You missed me by 2 weeks! I just moved out of Binghamton to pursue other career opportunities in Houston. It's kind of funny... my girlfriend worked at Kampai and overheard some people at a table talking about blazblue and jumped in the conversation and I was like "you didn't get there names? there is no one to play around here!" You're better off buying a truck and learning to sing kareoke to country songs at dive bars. I did have a good connection over PSN to a lot of good players, so yeah, you'll have to stick to the interwebs to get a match... or maybe some people will reply to this thread, I'm hoping you find someone, haha.

Omg ur post gave me hope then crushed it...lol thanks though. Yeah its really frustrating coming from the city which has some of the best in the country to noone...absolutely noone. Im going to start a club or something maybe then people will come out. Hope there not fray though

your uni got no fighting game scene at all? check to see if your campus has some sort of gameroom or a lounge or something get ready to switch from being a dominator over to being a teacher (and sometimes a motivator..)

whens nec? if its during my winter break then yea..I get one whole month off and ill be back in ny. I would play bb online however i have no tv...and my friends dorm has no internet...and my lounge has no tv...and the arcade here only has sf3 alpha... and i have to start my own videogame club just to get people to play gg.

Play that BB online with Alz and Tenstars, lol.

I dont even have BB son.

I say fuck all that and focus on fucking as many white girls as possible.

This is what you should be focusing on.

Alright alright, ya bidges. You missed me by about a month. I used to be up around Elmira/Horseheads over the summer. I will be back there around Thanksgiving if you want to set anything up. Smash community I can't say I'm jumping for joy at, or SFIV, but hey, better than nothing. Like what we have down here: A mall that went hippy AberAppleBucksCrombie and dozed the only arcade in 30 miles to make room.

Oooohhhoooo thats tough. I feel ya tho...I finally found the gaming group on this campus but they mostly play sf4, so yeah i guess ill play that for now. Thxgivin im goin back to the city

Ah so. Permanent, or just for the holiday? And GL with the SFIV. It's not ass terrible, but yeah, if you were big into GG it's probably like playing PlaySkool: Hahdookin. :\

Yo you guys probably forgot about this thread and its my fault for like not going on dustloop ever because of the stupidity but yeah I'd be down to push buttons with anyone in binghamton although I'd prefer guilty gear I guess blazblue is a possibility. ALso theres a great ssf4 club on campus called guard break, they have some really tough competition and its a good place to level up i guess

I'm a Blazblue player in binghamton.

I've never played GG but i watch videos and always wanted to try. Zappa looks sick.

anyone around the scene should pay attention to this site, we had a major two months ago that had an amazing tekken crowd, but hardly any super/blazblue

Ranbats are usually in the SU area but we've been slow for about a month due to upstate being upstate

Incase it's not blatently obvious, our scene is dominated by Tekken, then super, then like 14 of us who actually play Blazblue
