Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm9335466 In the match versus Hakumen, Shuuta performs this combo in the corner: 3C-(delay)5D -> dash cancel, 2C-5D -> dash cancel, 6A -> HJC hj.C -> JC dj.C -> Belial, dash 6A-5D -> 22C Did 4513 dmg, seems pretty good. There are some interesting Belial loops too, I haven't finished watching the vid yet. EDIT: In the Litchi matches, Shuuta twice uses 3C -> Blood Kain to end one of his combos after Belial Edge, interesting setup. Some really good matches all around.
Final Ultima Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 The recent set of Chariot matches have both Naru and kaqn in them, but you may have to dig around through some of those videos for instances where kaqn isn't still playing around with one of his subs. Fortunately, there is another awesome kaqn (Ragna) vs Zakiyama (Hazama) match.

Just because no matches were announced here doesn't mean they're not there. For instance, I'll always add new videos to the first post if they don't contain a match that doesn't involve a Ragna, I just won't always post about them unless they're in a batch or are particularly noteworthy for any reason. Edit: Speaking of which, new batch of kaqn matches. I suppose I may as well link to the previous batch too. For kaqn vs Shadow, you have to wait out the first 13 minutes until he picks Ragna. For Matsu vs kaqn, you have to wait out Matsu vs Shadow. He's getting pretty good at landing those double Belial Edges.

-Ladon- Posted February 20, 2010 Posted February 20, 2010 snip Honestly if you're counting your hits double BE gets easier and easier to land, from what I've done the midscreen version is the only really tricky part, but in all honesty with how much movement you're getting from a combo leading to your first BE you're usually in a corner anyway. you can get some disgusting meter return on things that lead to any kind of air loop before the 2nd BE becomes techable, it's going to be the one staple combo you use before you start pulling out your 50% heat combos, not to mention how much constant mixup potential you have. I'm still trying to do 3C-CS-5c and go into a double BE but it seems like CS causes some kind of quicker teching(??) because the combo seems a LOT more strict

Hopefully a lot of these are thought provoking to better advancements in combos. A.X.I.S. Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 good video ladon very good, i can see those numbers clearly, damn is it me or BK combo's do more in this game? ragna's FC combo's are mean but i noticed some combo's you can get silly damage out without the use of FC. great vid nonetheless.
-Ladon- Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 BK has better situations over all now, the rachel specific combo has a variation that's just our normal DLOOP now, not to mention by the time the combo's over they're in 22C oki and you still have bk meter left for mixups. Ragna has become a hell of a scary glass cannon, and god forbid you get fatal'd after he's in bk

TBH I would probably re-crop it if I rehost it but the rendering alone took 2 hours ;\
Spirit Juice Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 It's fine. Just in the future I think it's better to not crop it. The flashing cab text is negligible, and cropping the video so that stuff is not visible just makes it look unnatural.
