I don't have a request for a wallpaper, but I just would to request some advice instead.

I'm learning how to use Photoshop myself, and I'm just curious as to how you make some of the effects that you make on these wallpapers.

If you have a spare .psd document left over from your work, would it be possible for me to take a look at it so I can see what you did to it?

What's your monitor's resolution?....

well, 1280x800 and 1980x1080. mostly on my 16:10 one, wouldn't mind getting something bigger than that though :D 1440x900 works too :D

Made something for Noel, really the first time I've tried to do anything decent with photoshop.

The idea was blatantly stolen from the chap who made tat Hotenjun wallpaper a few pages back.

It looks okay for a first, but it also feels pretty empty. Drop in a nice background design and it would look great.

Well the tragedy about it is that 1900x1200 actually doesn't fit 1600x900 perfectly, HOWEVER whether the wallpaper is stretched or centered, it still looks just fine and it's quite "pretty" for my desktop. I think it's going to stay like this for a very long time.

EDIT: Check your profile messages. We can wrap the convo up there so we don't clutter the wallpaper thread so much.

Hey Avenger, thanks again for showing me your Litchi picture. Thanks to you, I've been able to figure out a few more techniques for Photoshop, which I used to make my own Hakumen wallpaper.
