Only thing i could think of is just using fill on a different layer then blending it over...

Random crappy little Noel wallpaper I did:

Yes I forgot to add eyebrows, I realized that after I had already saved, uploaded, and deleted. So I didn't feel like bothering, plus it was just a little bored thing to do while I waited to hopefully get Tsubaki/Mu (Maybe Lambda.) story art. Annndd of course brushes used are not mine, but the person who made them has so many I don't even remember what the one was...
