koogy Posted March 22, 2010 Author Posted March 22, 2010 how about a line of shirts based on the drive crests in BB. no explanation, just a stylized rendering of the crests covering most of the shirt in a color combination that references the characters default colors. i.e. back shirt with a pink crest for rachel, red shirt with black/dark purple for ragna ect. think like the affliction shirts that haven been popular lately as an example of what i am thinking of. got this idea last night and sounds like if could be good if done right and fit the subtle but recognizable goals. Yeah, I'd love to do that. However, those crests are protected by copyrights. Unless I get permission from Aksys to use them on shirts and get the licensing, it'd be a huge hassle to try and do it. :C

Hence.. he has swindled me of my money!

I would've got away with it if it wasn't for you meddling dustloopers! And no, the multiple colors is just an awesome deal I cut with my printer. During pre-orders, I don't have to order 12031291212 shirts in all sizes and shapes, and can focus on only one color. It makes things more reasonable on my end, and gives you guys the colors you want. :3 I am working on a new "general" design at this point for my shirts. I'm still waiting for some hardcore inspiration for my other Dustloop shirts. I really want to do an Ouroboros piece, but I need to hire an artist, and I don't get paid until the end of the month. So until then, I'm trying to do as much as I can with what I have.

Hmmm, I'd do it through da or something, but I dunno if I could seeing as I used a sprite as the base But hell, if Koogy wants to use one of my designs, hes more than welcome to, though it'd be awesome if I got part of the money for 'em.
