BlazBlue @ Fanime has Sanwa parts on a Happ Sized Cab. Buttons are pretty responsive, if not floaty.

Chances are very good AC on cab will be there. It was there last year, and the arcade machine operators (On-Campus Entertainment) still have the same AC cab.

Today was fuckin incredible. I feel sad for people who called Fanime "Place for faggots". I just have to say that. SO MANY THINGS HAPPENED my head was gonna asplode D:

First went to the con, with our small party of TaoFTW's friend Joe, TaoFTW, and JamKikse. Played a promo VS version of Console continuum shift, where they had the Limited Edition Official BB Tournament Sticks on. Built in Sanwa parts are smooth and feels incredible. Visited the Arcsys booth, got a picture with both Daisuke and Toshimori. Toshimori was hilarious, he looked at my fox tail, felt it, and said "Fumo fumo :3" (Fluffy fluffy). Got a BB Stick bag, which was signed by toshi, with a huge pic of Tao he drew on it. Daisuke also signed and drew an pic of Dizzy.

Tons of cosplays. TONS. Hakumen, Hazama, Tao, Noel, Jin, Litchi, Rachel, Ragna, and of course Mu :3. Jamkikse's outfit is amazing. Of course obligatory pic with the cat lol. And many GG cosplays, ABA, chipp, Baiken, Bridget (Both male and female versions lol), Faust, Sol, I-NO, and Jam.

DL Mods everywhere. Played on the Happ stick cabinet, Ginseng, MikeZ, Xie, TaoFTW, Honnou... we were all playing. PhaethonH made his appearance again! He's alive!

Got a lot recorded! Tommorow is the Q&A BB panel.

Quick question, did the promo version of console CS have any balance changes?

If so, the thing that needs to be asked tomorrow is whether the arcade release will be getting a patch to update it to match console balance.

It seems like they built a "Overseas" temporary build for us to play with, but there were no changes at all. There was a rachel player there, and the damage was still abysmal. There was no Mu in the roster, Tao still had her loop (As you will see), and generall looked the same.

Only differences were strange stages like the "Training mode" stage, selectable music and such, costomizable button layout, a menu, and a loading screen. Everything else seemed the same.

All of the people's many questions about game balance will be answered tommorow during the BB Q&A Panel. We will relay the info ASAP.

For the main lobby you dont need a badge. But they badge check at the Artist Alley, Dealers Lobby (Where Arcsys booth with console CS is), and the Game Room (Where the Happ stick CS cab is).

Not to be mean but the cosplayer dressed as Hakumen is really short...He looks really stumpy compared to the person playing Tao. Looks like shitloads of fun though, wish I had the patience to whip up a full blown Tager outfit(Trust me, I've got the plans in my head, I would just need to learn how to sew and all that crap and get about $1000 in materials for it...)

And I'm pissed I missed playing against Mike Z...Being sick sucks ass!

Those arcade machine sticks were not the best, gotta be honest. But it was AMAZING to see everyone! MTP and Max and Honnou and PhaethonH and TaoFTW and Rin all in the same place is like some sort of alternate universe.

To the girls who were learning BB, don't give up - you weren't bad, just block more. :^) Everyone else, keep playing on stick/controller/dance pad/whatever, as long as it's fun.

Big thumbs up to ALL the other Tager players, keep reppin bottom tier! Tager mirrors are hilarious and random, every single time.

The day was awesome basically. Rin just about summed it up, but I'm restating anyway. Toshimichi kept complimenting my Mu cosplay even though it's nowhere near as complete/good as it should be in my mind... >>;
