Spirit Juice Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Notes being translated is the issue here. Anyone can read frame data if they tried.
Reioumu Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I got Curbeh working on Bang and Tsubaki. I already knew it's about notes
Kirbeh Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 I'd be will to put in frame data and translate notes in to the charts, could someone clear me to work on these?
shtkn Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 just send me the data (in csv tables if possible) try to follow the format i set up. If you ahve any questions, PM me or something. Our bottleneck right now is we don't have translated data to put up
Yuushiro Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 sorry for my noobness but what does really untechable means
Spark Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Another typo in the Hakumen data is that the super Shippu is listed as taking 1 guard primer when it actually takes 2.
Manta Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 sorry for my noobness but what does really untechable means Untechable refers to the time your opponent cannot recover for if hit in the air. If hit on the ground, the hitstun is purely related to the attack level, unless stated otherwise. Typo in the Lambda section btw, 4D's first sword may not be blocked low. Also, Cresent sabre is listed as high block only, is this supposed to imply on its own that it is air blockable without a barrier?
shtkn Posted May 19, 2010 Author Posted May 19, 2010 correct, you can normal air block crescent saber
smooshman Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 why isn't the frame advantage for air moves shown? yes I did read the notes EDIT: I just noticed jin's 5D isn't listed as dash cancelable. Also looking at sekkajin, it says only one set of proration (95), like it's only one hit, but when compared to say.... belial edge it say (85,80xn), so does that mean the hits in sekkajin only prorate once (like one hit)?
shtkn Posted May 20, 2010 Author Posted May 20, 2010 -frame advantage for air normals aren't written in the mook for whatever reason -you can sorta figure out how much frame advantage an air move has by doing the math and figuring out how much blockstun a move of that Level does, then applying it to that air move -5D does list that it's dash cancelable -yes, i believe you are correct on your analysis of sekkajin proration
Dacidbro Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 They probably didn't put in air move advantage because it's more misleading than helpful, usually. A vast majority of the time with an air move you'll either gatling it into more air pressure or land far before the recovery finishes.
smooshman Posted May 22, 2010 Posted May 22, 2010 Jin's 6C isn't listed as dash cancellable on the table. EDIT: minor obvservation: jin's air ice car inputs aren't listed as J214A/B/C and maybe I've just forgotten, but I think Jin's back throw is 3 hits like his foward.
shtkn Posted May 24, 2010 Author Posted May 24, 2010 22C problem noted 6C is listed as dash cancellable... same as 5D, i don't know how you missed that twice air ice car input noted back throw is 2 hits only
smooshman Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 6C is listed as dash cancellable... same as 5D, i don't know how you missed that twice oh wow.... I miss read the cancel notes:vbang: I thought D meant dash not DD.
shtkn Posted May 26, 2010 Author Posted May 26, 2010 Hazama, Rachel data posted hazama and rachel translators were a bit unsure of some of their translations so i slightly edited their words. please check for accuracy.
A.X.I.S. Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 um I thought tagers 4D had auto guard but I can't find anything in the data pertaining to it... is it false?
severin Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 The closest thing that I can think of was his 5D guard point in the loketests.
smooshman Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 Hazama's 5C is listed wierd. guard listed as rJSDR Damage listed as ALL P1 listed as 280X2
A.X.I.S. Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 I...I could have swore I thought I saw 4D having auto guard in the frame data plus I see tager beating haku's 4C with it in a vid or 2.
Leo7 Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 That has nothing to do with autoguard. Tager's 4D just straight up comes out faster than Haku's 4C, and at the right distance, it'll score a CH since Haku extends his hitbox a bit before the move becomes active.
kenja0 Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 Can I request to get frame data from characters' forward steps (for those who have it) and back dashes? I would like to know the time invincible for some characters and whatnot.
shtkn Posted May 26, 2010 Author Posted May 26, 2010 hazama problem noted if we have backdash, forward dash, jump, etc. data, then it will be posted as a side note, i'm surprised that the mook didn't tell you how much meter you gain per move
A.X.I.S. Posted May 26, 2010 Posted May 26, 2010 That has nothing to do with autoguard. Tager's 4D just straight up comes out faster than Haku's 4C, and at the right distance, it'll score a CH since Haku extends his hitbox a bit before the move becomes active. I stand corrected sir.
