Brief summary: Tsubaki becomes Jin's secretary, and she calls him Jin-niisama instinctively when they first meet. Jin has no idea she's his secretary because he doesn't read his mail. Tsubaki reminds Jin of a meeting he has to go to later, and and some persuasion Jin says he'll go. He then leaves for another thing but tells tsubaki to cut back on the sweets. Makoto sneaks up on tsubaki and they talk. makoto notices chocolate on tsubaki's chin/cheek, so tsubaki realises that jin also saw that earlier. they both go to eat chocolate parfaits, and talk. makoto tells her about the grim reaper. hazama comes up and introduces himself, recognising tsubaki as one of the duodecim. he offers to pay for their tea because "you won't know whether you'll be able to have tea like this again." makoto says hazama creeps her out. hazama walks away and relius is there. relius is interested in tsubaki, because he also had a daughter. later tsubaki returns and can't find jin anywhere. hazama appears and tells her that jinhas gone chasing after ragna. Makoto tries to stop Tsubaki from chasing after Jin, but tsubaki says she has to go and promises she'll return to eat chocolate parfaits together. She runs into the kagutsuchi branch and finds jin who's becomed obessed with his nii-san. he knocks her away and she faints. She sees the vision of a jin and a blonde frail girl playing together happily. the girl's made a flower garland. jin thinks it's for ragna, but she gives it to him insetad and says she loves him very much. Tsubaki then screams for her to get away from jin and she awakens and sees hazama. he tells her to go down into the caludron. Instead of Ragna fighting hakumen, hazama does. relius isn't interested at first, until hakumen attacks him. he then summons ignis. hakumen recognises ignis (probably as something similar to nirvana) hakumen gets teleported out. Tsubaki runs in to see ragna and jin fighting. jin loses and she stops Ragna from killing Jin. Nu awakens and goes psycho on tsubaki because she thinks ragna is cheating on her. Ragna protects tsubaki and they both fight. Ragna loses. They fuse. tsubaki tries to stop jin from going towards them but he slaps her away. Nu tries to stab jin but tsubaki takes the blow. Nu stabs tsubaki more because she doesn't like tsubaki. ragna tries to stop nu. jin promises to get help for tsubaki but his legs can't move. they have their last conversation before tsubaki dies. jin doesn't take it well. ragna and nu fall into the cauldron. hazama kicks the dead body of tsubaki.

I mean his emotions from childhood were magnified from massive mind rape, so I imagine he actually liked saya... occasionally.

This is pretty crazy, were it not for the appearance of Hakumen here, I'd assume this was his timeline as Jin...with Tsubaki being his secretary, then dying and everything...Of course he'd still need to jump into the cauldron himself too.

The thing is, that this is the story of CS's Hakumen when he was Jin, because as you said here Tsubaki is his secretary and Noel doesn't exist. And of course the appearance of Hakumen was to be expected, there was a Hakumen in that shift too (I think there is always a Hakumen) just that it's not the same Hakumen from CS. zreb Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Part of me feels like it might be better if arcsys didn't try to justify certain characters' continued existence whilst still letting them be playable characters in future installments. It's kind of shitty to justify an end to a certain character (mu for example) and then have to bullshit some reason to still include them into the game just because they're not done with the story yet.

I actually never believe that Jin was jealous of Saya enough to want to kill her. I always believe that his feelings were the regular love and hate between normal siblings. I'm glad it's proven true. Thanks for the trans . Now to speculate on whether Saya gave Jin Yukianesa to screw him up or to save him. My hunch is for the 2nd one from Jin's tone when confessing. I just have a question, how I understand the summary (by the way thanks for it zephyr07), Tsubaki get appointed to be Jin's secretary the same day He went after Ragna, right? or is there some time in between? Timeline wise, Noel graduated 6 months early. She was Jin's secretary for more than 1 year. So Tsubaki should have been his secretary for over 6 months, assuming that she got assigned right after graduation.

From what we know now about Saya being the Imperator and trying to cause massive mayhem. Would it be a strech to say that she never really liked Ragna? She gave Jin the Yukianesa to pretty much take out Ragna (my opinion). Maybe she really liked Jin and only pretended to like Ragna. Sorry I've been playing too much Blazblue that my head is coming up with weird twists.

Yet he doesn't recognize him as Terumi in the past, or else he would have done something about it as Hakumen. It seems to only traits he shares is green hair.

Plus, it's stated in Materials Collection, she did everything practically for him. She made Jin into Hakumen just so that Ragna can be reborn (she couldn't care less about Jin). She never stopped Ragna meeting Nu because she wanted him to get the complete "fake" azure while maintaining himself instead of getting transformed into Black Beast. She basically sacrificing the world for the offbeat chance that Ragna will be successful. (imagine Litchi, but much worse) This is new to me, where did you get this information? I'm more interested on the part where Rachel sent Jin to become Hakumen so that Ragna could be reborn, I don't understand that part.

This is new to me, where did you get this information? I'm more interested on the part where Rachel sent Jin to become Hakumen so that Ragna could be reborn, I don't understand that part. It's from the information in BB Material Collection. The book mentioned that the reason why Rachel turned Jin into Hakumen is so that Ragna can be reborn. And that Rachel never stopped Ragna from meeting Nu even though she knew Ragna + Nu = Black Beast because she genuinely hoped he would come out on top. I guess Ragna cannot be reborn without Black Beast dying first, and someone needs to kill that Beast, so I guess Rachel might as well enlist Jin. As for Rachel prioritizing Ragna over everything else, Hakumen mentioned it in his story mode in CS.

The material collection's actually full of interesting hints. Like the acknowledgment of the existence of the initial loop, but it doesn't go into detail

Taken by whom is the question. Because I am pretty sure a kid having Yukinesa and growing up with it as his is quite upsurd. My guess is that Saya took it from him. But to side track a lot.......How in the heck does a 6 year old child command Hazama???? How is Saya the true Imperator the whole time when she was 6 when this crap originally started. Where did she get the Yukinesa from? This raises so many questions in mind from time to time because it makes no sense. I wonder sometimes if the little girl was Saya at all.
