I updated the OP with the new dates for the last two ranbats.

Yeah for Kyle's bachelor party at AL! I heard something about a GGAC cab being brought. Is that true Kyle?

GG's guys. Even though the tournament took forever and I was exhausted/not even wanting to play by the end of it.

Can we just do it normally next time? Please? I would have much rather ran double elim and then have time for casuals after instead of it taking 8-9 hours then being completely burnt out.

I'm sorry guys. I just wanted to try something different. I thought it would work because when I was in Japan, that's basically what they used to do, and it didn't last much more than an hour with more players. I didn't think the fact that we do 2 out of 3 would more than triple the amount of time it takes, or maybe it was more due to trying to get players gathered to play their matches.

Anyway, I didn't mean for it to suck so bad, and next time we can run it the normal way. Thanks for being patient this time. Also again, thanks to people who don't normally play GG for playing.

I also heard a few people express interest in learning GG yesterday, so if you're on the fence, I think now is a good time as you will have several other beginners learning with you instead of having seasoned veterans as your only competition.

Oh! And special thanks as always to Kyle and Eric and anyone else who came from a long way off. Funkdoc too who ran ABA trains this time.

Mac won again. I choked big time in the last round against Jacob. I missed the finals between Mac and Jacob because I was in another ranbat and they didn't wait on me. Zach the Millia player got 3rd.

Thanks to sudden plan changes I'm actually not coming at all, and I missed SB because I'm dead broke.

Come to think of it, paying the entry fee for today would've come close to putting me in the hole. :v: Once my short-term disability finally goes through I'll start being a regular visitor again, I promise.
