RULES

- Pots = $100 + Entrance Fees (Split 70/20/10)

- All teams must consist of unique characters.

- You can not change your character during the tournament.

- All matches are 2/3.

- All tournaments are Double Elimination.

- SSF4 will be run on XBOX360, Blaz and T6 on PS3.

Houston will be having a 2v2 Blaz tournament in about 2 weeks. Would love to see you guys make it out!! ^___^

I think I'll join this fray. I'm a fellow UTD attendee of Mightfo and Tomato and fought them (read:owned >:3) back in April or so at CT and AC+. Might suggested I get more involved in the D/FW scene.

What other fighting games are people into, if I may ask? Looking for some SC4 and DOA4 matches to go along with BB and GG.

Winning over 50% of the time with a low tier character against your Rachel counts as getting owned? Huh.

Anyway, Ronin/Cheebz play GG, and they said some others in Denton/Arlington do too but I haven't heard from them. Alvin has Vanguard Princess/the Touhou fighter. I'm rather interested in NGBC but I think i'll just stick to Bang and Mu in Blazblue so I don't bite off more than I can chew while in college. So without Alvin you/I won't be able to do much since you won't have CS till november. :1

ps brandi if you ever play tsubaki much(especially online) and encounter 5a mashers trying to catch your charge cancels, delaying the followup to 5b, 2b, 5c creates frametraps. Second hit of 5cc CH 6c leaks to 3k without install/meter, but you can't hit confirm it, so you should be expecting them to mash and just be ready to gatling to it quickly without trying to confirm. 6c is jump cancellable anyway.(into tk 236c for quickly getting back on the ground too...though jcc is always nice)

Can't say a lot about people good at escaping with DP though, except that 2d CCing is quick enough that you can block safely after it, so that's one way to punish them for mashing dp. Jump cancel blocking works too, obv. Against lesser DPs, j236b might clash or work since it has some sort of invinc, but I wouldn't try it again ragna, his will either clash(his favor) or outright win.

Gonna find out if I'll still have that saturday meet today. Not sure about the size of an assignment.
