Who's hosting this weekend? I could potentially host Fri or Saturday just let me know whats up.

In other news I managed to get my buttons put in my stick today and Friday a friend is going to solder it all up and I should be finished. w00t!

I ALSO HAVEN'T BEEN PRACTICING so i'm in this fun limbo where i can't do stick good and i'm getting bad at pad

i tried to padchurn butter as tager and it wasn't working anymore

if you start steadily practicing for a week or so/when you have free time to, things you could do easily will start coming easier on stick.

Is this guy for serious? Nothing against going to tournaments of course, I'd like to go to one when its more in my price range. $35 is quite a good chunk of money for me to drop especially when you add in bus fare, food and drinks and other assorted costs. If there was a cheaper event I definitely be more keen on attending. Practicing and being good at games is its own reward though. I get a feeling of accomplishment.

Of course im serious. But people that suck went to scr! Shit I was gona go but I mean can't compare 35 dollars to like 3 hunit for plane tiket plus food and other expenses. Also its a way to help the community. I've gone to oniconz and shit and I hate those and tournies too and you meet new ppl. I met some ppl at the tournie that don't even use dustloop or know about it and aren't that bad. I understand if you really don't have the money then I understand. But if you got love for blazblizil it would be nice to meet other people and get them to play. Don't let bb die! We just need some organization!

P.s I suck at games! Its not just my handle its a fact! And I agree about the money thing. Don't expect to get rich playing bb vs. With tournies where only ten people go too. Comon. Its about being good. I agree

eh the people at scr were actually pretty decent, I mean I talk to one of em on a semi-daily basis and he did pretty fucking good.

but real talk if nothing comes up I'm more than likely going to the SA tourney. I mean it's fucking san antonio, why the hell not. lol.

ALRIGHT YOU BIG GAY TURKEYS

I'M HOSTING A MEETUP ON FRIDAY THE 12th, 3-8ish PM. Will probably host saturday the following week, the 20th.

I EXPECT A BUNCH OF YOU TO BE THERE SO WE CAN BUY PIZZA AND PURPLE THROW OSO AND TAGER MIRRORS AND LEGIT MIXUP AND ALL THAT JAZZ.

Also, I'll run KOF2002UM some on my 360 if Oso/Ronin/whoever can play it comes.

Who is coming and can bring setups? I assume zreb can.

Lastly, bring your own controllers, just to be safe. I got my ps2->ps3 converters, too.

Like Ronin said, just practice more, you'll get good at it pretty quick. I largely adjusted to that stick with practice across 2-4 days where I had a couple hours of free time to spare. Plus, it was fun, somehow.

i was ignoring your posts as trolling before, but yeah, it's at least worth it for at least one of us to be at each nearby tourney so people are aware of the scene we haev here.

tourneys are good and all, but for me, playing someone seriously several times in a row is more enjoyable because of the development.

but yeah, unless it's something like season's beatings or final round, $35 was just out of my league, and more importantly: i had to work on papers most of friday-sunday, sooo.
