What are you guys thoughts on that gem system thing? I personally think it'll take me awhile to wrap my tiny brain around how to get this to work in battle. Mightfo Posted October 17, 2011 Author Posted October 17, 2011 i was originally hype for sf x tekken gems system it could be cool stuff like "my projectile is improved" "my command grab has slightly more range" "My tatsumaki affects my air trajectory differently" or whatever, which could be broken but i dont give a fuck but instead its(so far) boring shit like "more damage" or dumb/useless shit like "AUTOBLOCK FOR 1 BAR" and "AUTOTECH THROWS" and shit like "45 GEMS IF YOU PREORDER SPECIAL EDITION" and "9 EXCLUSIVE GEMS TO SPECIAL EDITION" makes it pretty clear they're going to make this a dlc catastrophe or at least take a lot of time to unlock the "9 exclusive gems" thing is really BS i am by no means opposed to dlc especially when its characters/modes/"vanity" stuff but when its options that every character wants, thats bullshit other stuff kills my hype for that game and i really wanna be hype for that game so much character love ;_; also stuff like "If you charge up your chargeable move to EX and dash cancel it, it makes it to where your next attack is a guaranteed counterhit" is cool but ugh ugh ugh capcom is gross and i doubt ill enjoy the game.

Assuming Pat (Denthorn) comes, we should have two non-hd set ups. His will probably be running melty and melee. So hype for Litchi shenanigans, Kof2k2 Xiangfei Grab Super Edition, Learning how to play Nanaya again, possible HYPER ALPHA, A2 being best street fighter, 3s being best worst street fighter, hopefully getting to play gg with some people and getting dat Sidewinder Loop.

Really wanted to see more characters from the series make it into umvc3 as PW's assist(like) moves. + i don't like his english VA that much and im hoping his Jap VA has more 2 offer.
