Bring setups for casuals, although I havent confirmed if we can do that yet, the venue is apparently spacious soooo. BTW, Persona tip: If you play Yukiko or Yuu or Elizabeth, air turn before hitting j.c(j.d for elizabeth) and you will notice your persona has MUCH more range. DanAdamKOF Posted August 14, 2012 Posted August 14, 2012 (edited) Thanks y'all Also, I may as well advertise this here, I'm getting rid of my EXTREMELY FIXER-UPPER Neo-Geo machine for next to nothing, check it out here: www.neo-geo.com/forums/showthread.php?236510 I could help whoever wants this to fix it, though I can't guarantee I can do absolutely everything (plus I'd want you to help with it (I can teach you if you can't solder, crimp etc)). It could easily run a PC/consoles by replacing the monitor (I have a 21" VGA CRT I'd give away to put in it) and adding some wiring (not very hard). It can run a JLF with Sanwa or Seimitsu screw-ins with some minor modding (since everyone hates American controls these days). Could give it a 6 button layout by drilling out 3 holes on top of the BCD buttons for a "straight 6" layout. Could even plug the hole for button A (ha ha ha "plug the A hole") if you seriously don't want that pesky weak punch KOF button in your way. Contact me if you're interested. Bring a casuals setup, especially if you brought one to jet's! Signup and casuals start at 1PM and tourneys start at 2pm I think. $5 venue fee, $10 entry fee per game. You should probably enter persona to bump up numbers, get some more experience for UCC and show people attention to this game isnt just flavor of the month scrubbery.
