Was cool to play against some different people in BB. Shoutouts for everyone making me feel ashamed for going back to pad ( I am a scumbag for sure lol) Shoutouts to not setting my buttons properly against sunfish in BB, so I couldn't RC or burst during our first game -_- Shoutouts to mightfo for letting me borrow his converters (basically at any event or casuals, you're the best dad! I should just stick to stick so I won't have these console problems :P) Shoutouts to Jet improving, that heavy offense approach was difficult to deal with. Keep it up man! Shoutouts to Byakko for actually wanting to learn Tsubaki, despite how bad she is I look forward to seeing everyone again soon, and on a side note. Byakko, I will be willing to teach you tsubaki at the next meet up if you are still willing to learn. Expect to lose a lot, even after you get good with her lol she is fun though, gotta love that hat.

Random Naoto Posted June 4, 2013 Posted June 4, 2013 A heads up for the next ranbat, it will be at the same location on the fifteenth. 1) Now that we have the rhythm down somewhat, the schedule and format from here on out will be as follows: If you're bringing a set up and/or want to play casuals, you can show up as early as 1:15 (please do) and I or someone else with banchou powers will be there. 2) I'd like to see everyone get warm and play their best, so provided we get five setups again, starting at 2:30 three setups will be used to run the tournament games in succession. The order will be GG, BB, P4. The other two setups will be used for casuals in a winner stays loser goes format so everyone gets a chance to play before their matches. 3) Please sign up online, it will make my life, and by extension your life much easier. If you are a regular and choose to sign up on the day, it will be $3 per game with the extra dollar going to the end of season bonus. On one hand I'm excited because it's really the last of the classic greats that have not received a modern sequel, but on the other it's a console exclusive and it follows a free to play model. What do you guys think? (I'd also like to mention that I did see a video of an actual Ultra Combo on youtube. It was glorious)

Just thought I'd stop by and say that, outside of something big happening on the way, I'll be at the ranbat tomorrow. Hopefully I'll actually put up a decent fight this time. Also, sorry for not checking in earlier, a lot of stuff's happened in the last two weeks.
