You're like way down south by harlingen area right? my cousin used to live down there. Holy shit I couldn't find anything down there. speaking of things that aren't ssf4 last weeks meetup we had fucking 2 melty setups, 1 guilty setup(courtesy of me :3), 1 blazzz setup and an AH3 on the big screen setup.

They used to mainly play marvel, but now that mvc2 is dead, they haven't touched much. Some try to play SSF4, but I guess they don't really. There's like a SSF4 scene in Hidalgo, but yeah I am pretty tired of SSF4 by now. I got a few people into melty blood, they play in mcallen and at the south padre island I hear... but, I don't really play much melty now days(Kind of tired of it). At this point I just want some Arcana. But the scene is pretty much dead down here.. If it wasn't for college I would have moved already, but I gotta finish college down here first. :/

SSF4AE/BBCS2 will be in if the upgrades are by June 1st. i am upset at lack of 6th slot which was going to be the most in-the-air choice but it sort of makes sense since mvc3/ssf4 will be fucking huge yay bb, shame there's no kof13(though whether it will get a release in time is shakey now) or melty or arcana there. iirc melty had 140 players which is pretty fucking sizable, and i get the feeling ah3 would have even more. meh mk9. we have a very poor idea of if that's even going to be competitive and decent. lol ps3 exclusive chara and just..it's mortal kombat. tbh i dont want it to be popular because that would bring such a new horde of meatheads to SRK. the 2v2 system looks nice though, as does some of the comboability and the meter, but i'm still wary as hell. final round will probably be better for animo Edited January 27, 2011 by Mightfo
