Naw man, the gypsy made it really clear in the official curse notification. My fingers ruin shitty computers and attract cat scratches. Also, inexplicably, they occasionally tickle an elderly man in hungary for a few minutes each day all through october. And to set the record straight, I did not know that chick was the gypsy's daughter, or that she was to be married the next day. Seriously, this whole thing just got blown way out of proportion.

When are you moving to Santa Cruz with all the other weirdos.

Half past never? If I'm gonna move to this balls-hot state, it'll likely be Palo Alto for grad school.

Hey! Studying philosophy in Santa Cruz is great! LOOK AT WHAT IT DID TO ME!

:kitty::kitty::kitty:

Jokes aside, there are a lot of disillusioned people who like to smoke weed in the middle of the forest. But -surprisingly- it's not the hippies; just the random retards who think that smoking, in below freezing temperatures, is a good idea. The hippies just do it in the dorms and, somehow, don't get caught.

Probably because they do it in the dorms.

Okay, so the sarcastic humor approach didn't convey it well enough, so I'm going to try to put this into as clear terms as possible:

1. Most people who enter a tournament won't win it. Only one person will. But what's more, not even the majority stand a chance. There are always players who haven't been around as long, and they probably won't win. But if they play, and pay attention, they will probably get better.

2. Most good players are only at their best when playing for stakes. If you don't ever enter tournaments or money matches, you will probably not get as good as the players who have.

3. People who don't enter tournaments because they think they will lose kill tournaments. It's a mentality that's one hundred percent cancerous to the scene and just destroys competition. If you can't enter because you genuinely don't want to play the game, or have other commitments, that's fine. But if you are seriously not going to enter because you know you won't win, then you, personally, are part of the cancer on the fighting game community.

Truer words never spoken. Coming from the arcade music gaming community before entering the world of fighting games, it was always actually helpful an beneficial to go to these djmax tournaments we held at SVGL, and and it was actually helpful for me to watch people play once it narrowed down to the finals, and when the second tournament rolled around 6 months, i actually ended up doing well enough to snatch 5th/15 or so, instead of the bottom 4. Honestly, the person i had most respect for was at our most recent tournament for djmax tournament was the guy who placed dead last, but still stayed for all 6 hours of the tournament, even when we had people leaving in the 2nd/3rd elimination rounds because they didnt want to stick around.

Not to mention that tournaments are more fun for hanging out with cool people and watching epic things happen, rather than being better than other people at a game. i'm positive im probably going to lose, but i'm looking forward to it because it's going to be an amazing day :>

来る8月28日、貴兄にライチ同キャラ戦を要求する!

Sorcal's "Litchi" spot should be given to the best one in the south california community.

In CS, we haven't reach to the conclution of which one is yet.

Yes, you were the one in CT. BUT, I'm ready to rip it off from you!

FT5 litchi mirror, I challenge you by this rule!

If you win, I'll cook you my "KARAAGE" and you remain the spot for yourself!

If I win, I'll get the best socal litchi status, AND I'll go over to your place to make you eat my UDON!

Kennyon yon

*Jam mirror is available as well. You might destroy me tho. lol

Sorry I didn't reply sooner -- I was up in Norcal again so I was driving all weekend. Dang is your udon really bad? I heard your karaage was good though. Hmmm.

Dang mang. Yeah let's do it, but you HAVE TO make me your udon if I lose. I feel like at the end of this I will be downgraded to Central Coast's Best Litchi (wtf?)

SOOO...It has come to my attention that I will be getting a room at the Nash Hotel Friday and leaving Sunday morning which means that if people want to crash a bit closer to the event venue and are willing to possibly sleep on the floor depending on the number of people and pay a little towards the room, people are more than welcome to crash with me. The way I see it, so long as everyone who stays with me pays around half the costs total, I'll pay the other half to make the money thing more manageable. Also if the TV is gamer friendly, casuals are fine. I DO have a 360 setup and a PS2 setup so GG and BB can be played. Either one is fine with me. I'm thinking of going with the 1 bed room for 4 people which would be about $200 total for both nights so that would one person on the floor assuming there is a couch as well as 2 people who want to share a bed. I will take the couch as I'm well acquainted with them.

Also if the people rooming with are from NorCal and they need rides, I can provide a lift for one or 2 people who don't have TVs. Monitors are fine so long as they aren't 50" or whatever. I am in the Santa Clara area and I'm also willing to go out of the way to get people so long as I know where to go and I get a bit of gas money.

So anyone who needs it, just send me a PM. I'll book the room tomorrow or Thursday so I know just how many people are staying with me.

Damn I just realized my brother is a 10 minute walk away from this venue.
