EdWORLD Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 wow, just...wow... then probably DP it ^^''? 2B works better.
Wolf of Sorrow Posted December 13, 2010 Posted December 13, 2010 omg sorry, i was talking about 2b not 5b. xD sorry men(I faild miserably)
Relunx Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 Any tips against makoto? Her 3c is the most frustrating cheesy move I ever met besides Inferno Divider...it goes under all my moves, all 236 special, 5b... And I don't have that kind of superhuman reflex that will block her cross up ground dash-thru chars special move combinated foootsies. Relunx
pktazn Posted January 6, 2011 Posted January 6, 2011 I always use 2B like the others have said earlier. Is it really that hard to hit her out of it? It's like... her slowest and most obvious move.
Campa Man Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 Nice Points . Be Careful Her 3C On Block Gives Her A 5 Frame Advantage, So Don't Try Anything Reckless Or A Big Damaging Combo Might Be The Consequence. You Can Grab Makoto's 3c When shes turning i think not sure though
cj_iwakura Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Makoto is scary against Tsubaki. I got buried.
Airk Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Yeah. I haven't really figured out what the heck I'm supposed to do when they spam j.2C; Stupid tail.
HIGEKING42 Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 either a DP it or delay your 2c to thhe very last moment. I've gotten hit be that so many times. the third thing is 2c might clash it doesn't mean your screwed cuz you could follow up or block. tsubaki can out range makoto so keep your distance. the only problem for tsubaki is the damage output which is in my opinion why tsubaki keeps losing to makoto. But hey what am i saying i don't play tsubaki so this is just some of the stuff i learned from experience. But then again tsubaki's DP is very unsafe so good luck with that.
Airk Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 I guess 623B might be a good go-to there. Tsubaki -does- outrange Makoto, but only with 5B, and a lot of Makoto's attacks have low profile hitboxes and go right under it.
Airk Posted April 22, 2011 Posted April 22, 2011 Pretty sure most of her crouching moves have a low hitbox, and 5B whiffs on several of them, even though they don't have invulnerability of any sort.
