You don't shift brackets around in top 8 even if two friends meet each other first round of top 8. Bad, unprofessional decision by the tournament organizer.

I was thinking of bringing my old laptop, but it's pretty untried - I've never checked the screen to see how much delay it has - any CRTs likely to be around if I bring cables to connect things? edit: I probably should have posted this in the NCI thread. Oh well.
