Browsing through the last couple pages I'm getting the impression that everybody just hangs out at Gamecenter Arcade. Is that right? I'm about an hour north of San Francisco for reference.
Tari Posted July 22, 2013 Posted July 22, 2013 Yeah, you can find casual GG/BB on most days of the week that it's open (weds-sun). Sunday is sorta iffy, since a lot of people, myself included, are too tired from the events that happen on Saturdays like Dogfight and Carnival Burst. If you can't go randomly, Thursdays are probably your best bet outside of events. Brett tends to show up there to stream and you get a couple of regular GG players around in the afternoon. BB is a bit less populated than GG these days, but if you want to play it and I'm around, I can still play it decently. For GG, if you want good, challenging games, don't play me, lol. I've only been playing that game for a month or so, though I'm actively working on it.

I also push buttons in GGAC, and *sorta* whatever the new BlazBlue is, but yeah, just wondering if there's an active arcade scene here.

GGAC happens pretty often, there are regular events for it (every 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month) and people randomly play on weekdays too... Unlimited Brett Works x Gamecenter is usually on Thursdays... I think Thursdays~Saturdays would be your best bet?
