Are there Blazblue players in here that go to UBC? : D

Aw shit son. I live on rez!

Just finishing up my first year of undergrads, and will probably be living at Gage next year since I got into rez. Spent this past year at Totem.

Blazblue locals during the fall?

Damn that school looks pretty dope, like something out of fucking High School Musical, with the big stairs leading down to the cafeteria. But no fuck that Ray, do you really wanna do Highschool over again?

well these are my stats if you wanna have a look. http://stats.dota2.be/player/23459477 Since I made that post my SS has gone down a bit, mainly because I played a more supportive role in giving more assists and spending money on wards.

Basically with Storm:

Don't pick him if enemy team has more than one big nuker/disabler/silence like Lion/Lina/Rhasta/Krob/Drow or whatever. Silence and hex are a bitch to deal with. Stuns are usually okay since Pubbers can't coordinate well enough to chain stun you. But the nukes and silence hurt since Storm has shit HP. You can still pick him, but gotta be more careful.

Pick Storm when the enemy team has squishy carries like Weaver/Clinkz/Bounty Hunter/ or when your team has a decent amount of stuns or AOE and a solid damage carry like Viper/Lycan.

Go solo mid. Usually Storm will win against most mids except nigs like Invoker. Grab some branches for Wand, maybe something for a Null and either a tango/salve or both depending on how tough a time you're think you're going to have. Generally you want about 100g left at the beginning of the game. Get a quick Bottle and Rune control mid.

Skills I like Remnant/Overload/Electric Vortex/Vortex/Vortex/Lightning Ball/Vortex/ then afterwards it's your choice or either max remnant, overload or equally both. I like to max out Vortex first because the range you drag people in is ridiculous and gives times for allies to beat up on the dude.

Basic combo with Storm is Ball in/attack/Vortex/attack/remnant/attack/ball in front of them/attack.

Don't leave mid and go around ganking too often. Only go if you're on your way from a DD/invis/Haste rune or you're 80-90% sure you can get the kill.

Mid to late game, in team fights your role is to Initiate. Roll in there, Vortex who you think is the biggest problem, like say Sand King/ Enigma or ES who have big AOEs. Sheep another guy, and spam remnant to pepper up the nigs so the carries can finish them off. Might want BKB depending on how well the enemy team synergizes.

Items:

Whatever the situation calls for. I like arcane boots most of the time since that means I can be more liberal about my mana spending, and I can go for a bloodstone later. If I feel that enemy carries may be a problem, I'll try to go quick sheep. Enemy spellcasters or whatever are problem, go Silence Stick. You want Mana Regen items more than straight up Mana because Storm's ult uses % of his mana pool, so having a higher manapool doesn't really help him all that much. The Bloodstone is good if you feel you're doing pretty well, since charges power up the regen by a huge amount. One game I had so many charges on my Bloodstone I was regen +40 mana.

Still got it with Panda though. Man even easier to micro with him now.
