Zappa is free really since pui only plays him for tournaments. Faust and Chipp are free since justin moved and dice will no longer attend LG. Dizzy is only alted. Aba is only alted. Anji is kinda free except for the "best anji in canada" who shows up to tournaments. May isnt played by k2 anymore really so u can pick her also if u really like loli's of the best kind.

If its whats most begin friendly than Dizzy is the strongest picks since her oki is the most safe to practice at home while still be amazingly scary.

Almost the whole cast is open to be picked really. People have alt characters but their alts arent comparable to their mains at all. Even if their alts are still very good, it doesnt hold the respect that "OMG dont pick that character because so and so already plays them though not half the time."

In the end he should be able to pick who ever he wants to pick, slayer is a fine choice. Stop trying to be a nazi controlling everything and restricting what people want to do.

I was under the impression that if I hit one puff ball, I follow up with 3 more, and only using the D button ^_^
