Hermes was saying the ps2 timing is a little different then the arcade but i still think itll help more then laggy emulators. how much of a difference is it?
Leo7 Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Depends on how sensitive you are to timing differences. You'll feel a difference for certain combos with small timing windows (e.g. I feel it the most of 3S cancel shenanigans with Anji). It's not too bad though. edit: i'm a retard
Roldy Posted September 25, 2010 Posted September 25, 2010 Which 623D are you talking about? In combos or just general pressure? Everytime you do Jin's 623D. When you use it as a reversal, and hit the opponent to the other side of the screen where you can't reach them, it's important that you get as much hit stun as possible so you can close in on them, and hitting the 2nd part of 623D as late as possible does that. Also, during combos, the opponent can tech earlier if you don't hit them right as they land (while frozen). So basically, just learn to always hit the 2nd part of 623D as the opponent lands from the 1st part, which freezes.

Anyways, yeah I'll play him more for you. Gotta learn to react to it. Tofu: Against Bang, you can bait his Drive. Just do pokes with any A and B as long as you are grounded. Any of these attacks can cancel into 2D, 5D, and 6D. If they do their D on the first hit of your block string, use 5D. If you are on the second or higher hit of your block string, hit Bang's drive late or something, press 2D or 6D.

TBH I rather CS2 was never announced because so far the changes sound like the game is gonna get worst than it is right now. Asides from that I had 6 tokens for the whole night due to horse racing lol. I already raped roldy with caruru that's all I need to do for the night So he can't shit talk me ^_^
