All I was saying was that training mode helps you learn your own character and what he/she can do in certain situations. You can't learn matchups if you don't fully understand what your character can do. I was speaking for people who don't have access to an import copy or isn't able to come to Gety on a regular basis. Actually, Gety doesn't help too much I agree with this. This is why I always attempt to go for combos that are easier on the cab, and try to only drop combos at spots where it is not easy to punish. Cause against Tager for instance, you can instantly die if you drop your combo in an unsafe place ... I dunno how this will help other people though, this is a character specific thing.

If anything, you and MASTER KOU will win the next tournament . Pot money all day everyday son. But yea, people who don't have training mode are at a disadvantage. I can do Carl and Relius stuff no prob in training mode, but I need to learn how to hit confirm/do set ups/etc. in a real match
