nocarrier Posted October 21, 2010 Posted October 21, 2010 Heya, just moved back to MA recently, living in Worcester once again (sigh). Any gatherings happening around the central MA area? My ability to travel is somewhat limited at the moment, but if there's anyone local to here it'd be cool to get together for some matches sometime. I mostly stick to BBCS and SSF4, I'm not averse to some GG action either, but I haven't played since the original GGXX on PS2, haha.

To my knowledge not many non capcom 2D fighters are played at GU so if you want some comp I suggest the Wed. evenings at Furok's (when he allows them), the Friday Fight nights at Battlegrounds in Vernon CT, and from what I understand Mindgam3's sessions on Saturdays. Let us know if you have any questions. =) I will be at Furok's this Wed. but probably not at BG unfortunately. Hi Jian, I'm really surprised to see you here actually. Don't think I've even seen you mention BB. I guess I'll find out where these places are and see how viably I can get to them. Thanks for the info. May I ask what your team is? Never played 02'UM much (Been a '98 player here). The one time I did I kept losing to Heidern-shenanigans :| Needless to say, King is and always will be on my team for KoF (Even XIII!)

But I can do the general gameplans for terry, clark, and ryo. Looking forward to terry not sucking in 13 like he did in 12 and dropkick-fest 2011 with raiden. You guys getting excited for mvc3 as well?

ALSO - SRK TODAY - Some updates about SSF4AE changes. Rog's headbutt has a few more recovery frames and a damage reduction and Rog players are sad that their character "got fucked over again". I'm starting to think it'd be less of a hassle to drive with people from my own town but my rooming arrangements will not change. On a different note, anyone going to Furok's willing to give me a ride there from work? I work from 2-6PM. I'll have my stick on me so I don't have to make unnecessary trips. I'll also throwdown for gas if necessary.
