Oh Don't worry, I'll still find another character that I can cheese my way with since I won't be able to do it with Litchi anymore in CS2.

Since Lambda is turning into ass, I'm thinking of going to either Squirrel Butt or Mahou Shojo.

lambda is still good actually lol at least from the japanese videos that i saw. combos are a bit different but still lots of potential. also platinum looks really good lol like REALLY good >_> as a character. shes pretty solid and had ala May-esqu looking moves lol but instead of dolphins its like mahou shojo powers lol

makoto is gonna piss me off even more now lol looks like i have to learn that match up for real this time. casuals or XBL anyone?? just PM or text me: 413-426-1365 i prefer to be texted lol

Carl is a character that isn't going to be figured out in four days, don't worry. Both games he's ended upper-mid or so.

How is she turning into ass? I haven't payed much attention to her thb. All I've heard is that your zoning skills have to be more on point now in comparison to CT/CS1.

Dead-u Spike-u? I'll miss the loop being original, a fatal for 5.5k, and cool looking. R.I.P. Combo originality. At least it might not be a rediculously tight 66~5A follow up mid-screen.

Also, when playing a puppet character, it's usually important to learn resets, especially if the character's damage isn't necessarily the best. From what I've seen, you'll just have to be smarter when playing him.

oh snap lol crown and danny duking it out XD i need more ragna match up exp btw, and i like the new /\-11. zoning isnt as easy in cs2 and she doesnt rape primers as bad, but the corner loop damge/rep nerf is sad lol also, 4B is safe on block :D get hype for slow overheads that are safe lol

Ragna vs Lamb is a bit harder for Ragna in CS2 now. Spikes are harder to jump over since every char falls faster and Ragna's midscreen damage is shit now compared to Lamb's so you got a bit more room for error.

Gotta work on them BK combos now. Ragna needs that midscreen damage now.

Well from what I've seen my main Mu hit the shitter IF everything continues the way it's going (the 3C nerf killed alot of her game). Well time will tell if she has secret potential that hasn't been touched yet. So don't feel too bad~

Speaking of BBCS2, does anyone else think some of the buffs/nerfs were retarded? I personally don't know what to think on it, again time will tell.

i finally had some time to watch a couple match vids from cs2. I can see what you mean about tager's primer breaking ability, danny. also, chargeable 6a just eating bang's nails made me rejoice. i'd gladly sacrifice the magnetic pull on the bro-fist for that move. haven't really seen it officially mentioned anywhere but it also seems like characters are left closer to tager after 360a, that whiffed moves recover a bit faster, and that 2d (the shoulder tackle move) leaves tager extremely close to the other character now. i'm currently enjoying these changes. hoping capcom treats my other grappler main well when they drop the developer's notes about t.hawk tomorrow.

Seeing as how theres a whole buttload of Tagers in the recent CS vids, it seems the japs think Tager is truly viable now. That new 6A looks like a total pain to get around since it does indeed pull in during the charge and even though it loses to lows, even if you manage to sneak in a 3C in there it'll probably just end up trading.

And 360B is like 3800 or something like that and comboing 236A > 22D afterwards makes it an even 4k and gives oki. Geez, leave to arcsys to give one of the only two chars oki a grappler. Now all Tager needs is Slide Heat OTG combos and an aerial 720.

tager was viable before, just look at akira and galelio. most of the combos each character does now seem so half assedly put together, 214d/c to 6c with hazama....what kind of joke is this, looks retarded. still i wont bitch until i actually get to play it.

CS Tager was actually a good character - I wholeheartedly agree. But the bullshit had to compete with is just overwhelming.

ditto. I was really pumped for the changes tager received in CS. And i'm excited for the CSII changes as well. The time for science will truly be upon us.

Tager uses 6a with super armor(rumored to be able to absorb as many upper and mid attacks as he wants) against air dashing bang: It's super effective!

also, XYH (voltic charge) got changed to 214D and can apparently be cancelled in 720. Talk about getting some serious AA... Before i would just throw out early 2Cs to get fatals, now i'll be able to do that OR charge 6a, pull you in during the charge, and absorb your hit before i release for a counter hit combo OR just voltic charge and cancel into 720 after you hit me.
