Marq, those of us who went to SCR know about it, of course in that beta build the characters were falling through the floor so it really was quite entertaining. Chumaralupa Posted March 17, 2011 Author Posted March 17, 2011 The glitches were entertaining, the game looks horrible. It's like at least the Umineko fighting game looked interesting and fun so some of us checked it out only to get disappointed. This game just screams "STAY AWAY"

Knowing my stupid self I'll probably end up playing it anyway (fighting games are in my blood no matter how bad it is). Plus I found out the artist for the game was one of the references I was using for my animation project. Small world, huh?

Zeromus_X Posted March 17, 2011 Posted March 17, 2011 I think Skullgirls looks interesting. I like the cartoon art style, and some of the characters planned for the finished game look interesting (I like the girl with the umbrella and gun). But then again, I actually like the Umineko fighter...

It's all hand drawn and since it's apparently on a 3D engine, it has really cool dynamic lighting. ...With that said, I probably won't get it. Also RANKINGS FROM YESTERDAY, GIMME DA RESULTS

Movement in the game is fairly good, but Sakura's is bad. I meant get ready to block and die from blocking.

Marvel is a lot of fun, even with all the bullshit, but it becomes really un-fun when it gets to 1 hit = 1 million damage with a character with normals that simply beat all of yours, so your only option is to zone the entire round. Shit gets boring, at least for me.
